      Too expensive and not on time

      They are way too expensive if you not in rush don’t use them. They’ll charge five times more than your local plumber and just to get the quote you need to pay $$

      Expensive services and not on time

      I did not use them but I got their quote and they are very expensive plus you have to pay for getting the quote and they are not on time the plumber has to come between 12-3pm and he reached after 6 pm. Wasted whole day for waiting

      NEVER USE

      They are criminals. Please don't ever use Mr Emergency/Metropolitan. We were charges $1200 for the technician to do nothing! We had a different company come a day later to tell us they couldn't possibly have even accessed the right point and the standard price for that service is $200. They take advantage of people and should be shut down. Do a Google and you'll find some horrible examples of what they've done.

      So unethical i don't know how they sleep at night.
