had a very disappointing experience with this company. The initial call-out did not provide a proper diagnosis, yet I was pushed to approve a service that their technicians later admitted could not resolve the issue. The invoice contained vague and unexplained charges (including “materials” when no parts were replaced), and the quality of work was poor — even basic cleaning of the unit was left incomplete.



I strongly recommend that others be cautious and make sure they fully understand what they are agreeing to before engaging this company.

Made a booking through Metropolitan. Mr Emergency arrived instead. Do not use this service. Quoted over $2000 to diagnose the issue, not fix it, + $140 booking fee. The job was completed by a different company for $230 without a call out fee. Don't waste your time or money.

Do not use, they are scammers! Were asking for 1800$ for replacing a diaphragm on a water heater that normally cost no more than 150$ incl install. Offered me a replacement water heater for almost 8,000 dollars !!! It's usually below 1500$.

Paid the call-out fee. Made me sign iPad to say he attended before quote was given. Then gave me a quote of $1147 to replace a mixer tap. They cost $50 at Bunnings.

We called these guys to come and look at our 2.5kW split system that is only 3yrs old as it wasnt running as efficiently as it should, explaining that it is due for a deep clean.

Was told by the call centre that there would be a $141 callout fee and that the technician will give a price for the clean onsite and if they detect any issues with the unit (eg gas leak), they would give a separate quote for works to be carried out later.

I found this strange as a split system deep cleans are usually a fixed price job costing around $130-$180 per unit so it was odd that the call centre wouldnt give a ballpark price. He claimed he didnt have a price list to go by at the moment and he isnt advanced enough to understand the process.

Thats fine, I was happy to talk to the technician when he arrived.

He arrived at 6:59pm and took one glance at the aircon unit (without even touching it) before informing me that just the CLEANING of the unit would cost $1,490 and that any issues found would be a separate cost on top of that for work that would be carried out another day.



I asked him to double check as that is TEN TIMES the going rate for a split system clean and that the unit only cost $800 to be installed. Asked if they could just do a diagnostic check instead without the clean to which he said they arent allowed to.



I called the call centre to request a refund of the price-gouging call out fee as he never even laid a finger on the unit before walking out the door in less than 5mins from when he arrived, however the call centre opporator who is more than capable of taking money, said they have no means to refund and that its up to management to do that



Beware, this company is nothing more than an opportunistic predatory SCAM!!



Unfortunate for this company, that the phone call and the service technicians conversation was caught on our home security cameras, so we will be reporting them to the ACCC for predatory practices and consumer price gouging if we have not received a refund by the next business day

We were told a technician would arrive between 6 and 9 pm on Thursday night. No one came. When we called, we were told someone had been there and knocked at our door and called our mobile. Our security cameras showed no one and our phones had no missed calls. They straight up lied. Then when we reorganised someone to come the next day, they sent a plumber. He confessed he didn't know anything about aircon systems and proceeded to give us a generic quote for a service, even though I told him the system had been serviced 4 months ago. When we spoke to the manager, Heath, he said we couldn't get a refund on the $140 call out fee because they had upheld their end by sending a technician to do a visual inspection. We've frozen the payment on the grounds that an unsuitable technician (a plumber) was sent for the job (an aircon system), not to mention the lies and unprofessionalism from Thursday night. Read the other reviews. This is a criminal company. DO NOT USE.

These guys went to my sister’s and told her the AC was bad and quoted $12k to replace it.

It turned out the unit was just full of condensate and once we got the water out, the AC ran great— no parts needed.

This company is a rip-off scammer taking advantage of folks. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
