      Mr Emergency

      Yep $141 call out fee, completely unreasonable quote. $1000 + to get an aircon serviced (not including parts they may need?) my aircon is not even 5 years old. Don't waste your money.

      Pricing

      We got a quote on a full service and jet clean for our split system air conditioner. They charged us $141 just for a 5 minute call out. Then the quote for the service was just shy of $1300, almost quadruple what other companies quoted us for the same/similar service. We were also told we need to get it done every year. Make of it what you will.

      Good service

      Taylor advised when he was on his way and promptly turned up.

      Taylor explained the options available to us to remedy out sewerage problem and efficiently carried out the work.

      Taylor reported his findings to the water authority that the sewerage problem which was recurring may indeed be due to a breakdown in a reline near sewer entry point.

      Taylor was at all times very professional and we highly recommend him.

      Brilliant service, can’t fault it.

      Oliver was at our house within an hour during a long weekend. He went above and beyond to rectify the problem with our dishwasher, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Oliver was polite, respectful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend him and the business.

      Great buisiness and fantastic service

      I never write reviews but I feel I absolutely have too . We had a faulty air con and Luke was at our house in less than an hour . He was friendly and gave great explanations step by step of everything. I highly recommend Mr emergency ,great company ,fantastic employee Luke. 5 stars

      Do not use!

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or any of its associated companies (there are approx. 6 sponsored a/c companies listed in google with the same licence number and all are rip-offs). Called Mr Emergency after air conditioning not starting one evening. They ask for a $142 dollar booking fee on the phone - fair enough. They came and took a 5 minute look at the ducted system and stated that it needed to replaced. Or if we wanted, they could really look at what the problem is but they needed to do a $3000 service first. After saying no, they proceeded to do a quote for a new system - $30,000! What a rip-off.



      New system (same brand and model) installed by another company today for $12,000.

      touch down!!!

      our drains blocked up on a weekend and staying true to their name mr emergency had lindon to us in no time. its clear that lindon has a passion for plumbing after he fixed the blockage he happily and patiently explained every aspect of the drain and why it had blocked.
