      Almost ripped off

      Ridiculous $1100 quote for unnecessary works

      Electrician arrived to diagnose a switchboard issue. He advised a circuit breaker had to be replaced, which would be $1100! I refused and called another electrician who simply advised us how to reset the circuit breaker for free. It wasn’t faulty at all and it all works now. I’m so glad I didn’t believe the Mr Emergency electrician. I just wish I didn’t waste the call-out fee for such a substandard service.

      Blocked sewer drain

      Zac responded to our Sunday, late evening call to unblock our sewerage drain. He kept us informed of his arrival time, diagnosed the problem and provided a range of options and costs. He fixed the problem to our satisfaction and was a delight to deal with.

      Fantastic Service

      Zac 10/10 exceptional

      Zac the man the myth the legend himself, came round and gave me a quote that was way high but needed it done asap and I will pay the money for quality entertainment with a side of hot water again anyday. He replaced my tempering valve, The water pressure is questionable which I'll probably want to have looked at again, preferably by Zac as he's a top bloke and a solid 10/10, or 5/5 depending on the rating

      Very Dissapointed!

      Our hot water unit died late at night so I called Mr Emergency to try and organise someone to come out ASAP and they told me they couldn't get anyone out until the morning. To their credit the plumber did arrive within the time frame I was given and he was nice and friendly to deal with. The disappointing part was that to repair our hot water unit I was quoted prices from $4,500 to $7,200 which was absolutely shocking and unrealistic! On top of this they also charge a call out fee of $141.00 which I do not think is appropriate especially as they advertise as a 24/7 company.



      I was so shocked by the quotes that I decided to make a few other enquiries and went with a local plumber who could do the exact same repairs for half the price!



      Definitely not worth it and I would 100% NOT recommend this company.
