Bleachy clean

I was really looking forward to supporting this small business, their online content had me excited to get my couch cleaned. Unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing.

Booking and confirming the service was difficult, and I found myself needing to follow up multiple times just to get a response. My appointment was scheduled for today between 9:00 and 9:30am, but I received a message at 9:15pm last night asking to reschedule. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible for us and I let them know to no response, despite their status showing that they were online.

Since then, no one has shown up, and I haven't received any further communication despite reaching out again this morning via Instagram. I understand things can come up, but clearer and more timely communication would have made all the difference.

I’m ended up canceling my booking!



Communication was extremely unprofessional and poor.



After finally getting a date locked in no time was given and after reaching out for a time no response was given.



Too many red flags so I canceled and have booked with a different provider.



WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Unlike other reviewers, he showed up, but he did a terrible job on our couch and bed frame. When I asked him, he said they’d come clean once they get dried, but nope, never has. Wasted $600 on this guy. He doesn’t even have professional equipment to properly clean. Avoid this guy; all fake reviews.

Booked a date. The night before he asked if we could do a bit later the same day . I replied “no problems”when that time came he said it will be too late and asked to reschedule again . We agreed in tie day later and he promised he would come at this time as I mentioned I needed to leave at certain time. He then messaged me half an hour after the time he said he would arrive to say he won’t make it again and tried to reschedule for the 4th time . I said no thanks and polity mentioned I was upset by poor communication and rescheduling and I’d be leaving a review . He then blocked me on Facebook as we were talking via messenger so that way I could not leave a review. I ended up going to Kmart at got the $99 spot cleaner and brissel low foam wash from woolies and have done my own cleaning . And was actually blown away at how good it was. I own a business and can’t believe somone would operate a business this way . I’m never one to write a negative review . I’m sure this is actually my first complaint , but omg worst business ever. I noticed he has no google page either which is a good indication that hey has poor feedback so clients can’t leave reviews.

I booked this company a week in advance.

On the day they didn't show up at scheduled time.

After contacting them, they said they had delays due to broken machine & then further delays due to bad traffic. They said they can not make the booking at time discussed & could not come later the same day or over the weekend.

Gave benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for another weeks time, being promised they would work with me on a date/time of my choosing.

Well, again the night before they are already able to tell they will be late to my 930am booking & requested to move it to lunch time.

After I responded that I can not move the booking again & have worked around my day around their booking time, they have now blocked my communication to them.

Booked an appointment.

They were a no-show on the day.

I sent a message to ask if they were still coming as I was having to leave for work soon. They saw the message and didn't bother replying. No follow up, no explanation, no apology.

Not recommended at all.

Beau came out to our house today in Southport. All carpets where cleaned and he was on time.

Fantastic service and Beau really goes above and beyond. Cleaned all of our furniture and carpets thank you

Did not bother to show up first day due to traffic. 2nd day no show again, and when i finally managed to contact them

was assured i’d be the first appointment the next day. Guess what? NO SHOW, no contact. Worst company ever!!

Booked appointment - company was a no show! Terrible communication and unreliable. Time waster. Would not recommend.
