Bleachy clean

Booked an appointment and no show. Tried to message seeing if someone was still coming. No reply.

I wish I could choose no star rating they don't even deserve one!

Cancelled on me five times kept saying that their machine broke, the weather was bad they were running late etc etc excuse after excuse I had just moved house and they knew that I was sleeping on the sofa while I was waiting for them to clean my mattress and they continued again to reschedule. Plain rude. Then they blocked me on messenger so that I can’t leave them a bad review so people can actually see what they’re like.

What an awful company. They were were supposed to arrive at 8am on Monday and didn't show. I left a voice message and text and when they finally got back at 9am cancelled via messenger. I told them that i was annoyed that they didn't cancel earlier (i had to move my day to make sure i was home) and asked for a reschedule to Friday. No response and were rude enough to block me on messenger. Understandable if i was rude or out of line but just a customer they frustrated that they didn't want to have to deal.

Do not use this business.

Cancelled twice then kept me waiting without any contact on the 3rd occasion. Right when I was moving house. Tried to contact them but they blocked me on social media

Not turning up for booked appointments! Playing with the time and patience of people.
