How long does the average repair take?

What if the mechanic finds some more work that needs to be done and the quote gets blown out?
Never! At Autocure Mobile Mechanics, our quote is our word. We take great pride in having repairs completed in or under the agreed quote, guaranteed.
Do I risk losing my new car warranty if I use Autocure Mobile Mechanics?
No, because Autocure Mobile Mechanics are licensed with the office of fair trading Australia, and all staff is qualified technicians.
How long does it take for a mechanic to attend to my car?
Our usual response time is under 1 hour. In the unlikely event of a delayed arrival time, you will be notified well in advance.
I don't know much about cars and how they work, so how can I be sure I won't get ripped off?
Simple, all our staff are trained to explain every possible scenario outcome including their costs, before they carry out work on your vehicle.
So, how does Autocure Mobile Mechanics charge system work?
Very simple, we do not charge you an hourly rate! Instead, a simple one-off service callout fee. This covers you for the time it takes to diagnose the problem. If the problem requires additional parts and labour, you will be quoted. Note: Service call out fee may be waived (ask us how).
What are my payment options?
We accept payment by EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa & Cash.
Do you do servicing as well as breakdowns?

I called for a call-out but decided to come in since we weren't sure if the problem could be fixed road-side and I was free for the morning. Within 5 minutes they had diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately for me it meant my very old car was on her last legs - I could either fix it for thousands or scrap it (he strongly suggested the latter).
His honesty not only saved me a call-out fee but also saved me $$$ which I couldn't afford. Very happy with the service, the friendliness and the honesty which I highly value. He offered a professional opinion for my next buy and I'll be back for any of my auto needs in the future.

Adam, was a gem to find. He is a great guy, fantastic mechanic, and honest. We feel truly lucky to have found such an amazing mechanic in Sydney. If you are reading this to find a good mechanic, you don't need to look further. He will be our mechanic from this point on, (even though not local to us - he is worth the drive). And especially recommend him for females, and he didn't speak down to me at all, and explained things in a non patronising way. Highly recommend.

I was so blown away by the service Adam provided me. The scenario was that I was given a quote by a mechanic to replace the clutch in the transmission gear box for my VW which would have cost me thousands. I didn't think this was a proper diagnosis so on recommendation I got my car towed to Autocure. Adam waited for my vehicle to arrive and was in his workshop until 8pm and then parked the car in and sent me a picture of my vehicle to confirm arrival. Within 16 hours I received a call from Adam, who informed me that he ran a through diagnosis on my vehicle and the computer did not detect any issues with the transmission. Adam explained that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle and assured me that I do not need to replace the clutch. He answered all my silly questions and was composed and professional throughout my interactions with him. Adam is an honest, kind person and runs an exceptional business and I can't thank him enough.
