What if the mechanic finds some more work that needs to be done and the quote gets blown out?
Never! At Autocure Mobile Mechanics, our quote is our word. We take great pride in having repairs completed in or under the agreed quote, guaranteed.
Do I risk losing my new car warranty if I use Autocure Mobile Mechanics?
No, because Autocure Mobile Mechanics are licensed with the office of fair trading Australia, and all staff is qualified technicians.
How long does it take for a mechanic to attend to my car?
Our usual response time is under 1 hour. In the unlikely event of a delayed arrival time, you will be notified well in advance.
I don't know much about cars and how they work, so how can I be sure I won't get ripped off?
Simple, all our staff are trained to explain every possible scenario outcome including their costs, before they carry out work on your vehicle.
So, how does Autocure Mobile Mechanics charge system work?
Very simple, we do not charge you an hourly rate! Instead, a simple one-off service callout fee. This covers you for the time it takes to diagnose the problem. If the problem requires additional parts and labour, you will be quoted. Note: Service call out fee may be waived (ask us how).
What are my payment options?
We accept payment by EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa & Cash.
Do you do servicing as well as breakdowns?

What a great experience. Adam was so polite and well-natured. He explained everything as he checked what was wrong. His mechanical skills are top notch and repairs were fixed quickly and expertly. Such a wonderful experience. Definitely will use them again if needed.

Needed a rego inspection done at 8pm on a rainy Thursday night and Adam was more than happy to help me out. I was greeted with nothing but excellent customer service, despite the late hour. Cant recommend Autocure highly enough. Thanks!

I lodged a service all with these guys and they fixed a complex electrical problem over the phone in less than 5 minutes!!! extreemly impressed given I used to be a mechanic!!! The person I spoke to was extreemly friendly (Im sorry i didnt catch your name) and knew the car inside out. Would give 6 stars if i could!

Ive been in business for over 20 years and I have never had better Service than these guys
