Depending on the conveyancing transaction required the length of time is determined by not only my time but also the banks and other parties involved. Timeframes will be discussed at time of initial conference with the client.
How much will it cost?
Depending on what is required, the professional fees range between $300.00 to $1,250.00 for professional fees and all disbursements are additional.

Linda has handled 4 property matters for us. Each time she communicated well by phone, text and email to explain matters to me in plain language and also gave me great advice. She always kept me up to date with what was going on at every stage. When we had a problem with one of the titles she went out of her way to ensure we had it in time for settlement. She doesn't just handle local Conveyancing matters, we had two property sales in Pacific Palms but she also looked after two Conveyancing matters for us in the Blue Mountains. She is also a very positive and friendly person which makes a potentially stressful situation much calmer and easier to manage. I highly recommend her.
