Depending on the conveyancing transaction required the length of time is determined by not only my time but also the banks and other parties involved. Timeframes will be discussed at time of initial conference with the client.
How much will it cost?
Depending on what is required, the professional fees range between $300.00 to $1,250.00 for professional fees and all disbursements are additional.

We were looking at buying a property and asked Palms Conveyancing to read through the contract and requirements of purchase. Brenda was amazing. She ensured that we clearly understood every part of the contract, discussing each detail carefully.
