My family has used Steven from hit the switch for several years now and we can not speak highly enough of him and his work ethic. He is the first trades person that has ever contacted me several times after the work was complete to check how everything was going and if the work was too our satisfaction. I have never experienced that level of service before and found it outstanding. That he went that extra mile to ensure we were satisfied is something that remains with me and gives me confidence to recommend hit the witch to all my friends and family. he was always on time, friendly and considerate and i had no problems leaving him alone in my house whilst he completed several days work there. It was of great importance to me to know that when our house was rewired it was done to the highest standards of excellence and safety, particularly as i have young children. Thanks Steven.

Really impressed by the outstanding service provided by Steve and his team. They installed LED lighting, smoke alarms and addressed an issue with flickering lights when certain appliances were turned on. Professional and courteous throughout, Steve responded promptly to my inquiry and continued to communicate with me throughout the process. He called the power company on my behalf to address a specific technical issue which was resolved on the same day. His attention to detail an willingness to take time to explain and advise on the options was much appreciated. I will have no hesitation in using Hit The Switch for electrical work in the future.

First class electricians with unique service in this day and age.....from the initial contact to the completed job. Great communication throughout, turn up as promised, clear quote and explanation, excellent workmanship, tidy up after themselves!!!! they even wear protective sleeves on their workboots so as not to damage your home. Nice guys too! Highly Recommended.
