We were interstate and purchased all types of items over the Phone, Great service

We were disgusted by the pushy, rude assistant we experienced yesterday, we were purchasing a phone, had done our homework, knew what we wanted, assistant offered extra insurance, we said thankyou, however NO, she said what can I say to convince you to buy it, we said nothing, she took us to checkout, girl there said congrats to our assistant, she said they didnt buy it, walked away never spoke to us, so I said to young girl so you get commision for selling insurance, not me she said, just the sales people, explains her pushy, rude manner, we will think again re where we choose to give our hard earned cash. Perhaps commision would be better spent Mr Harvey on teaching people skills, good old fashioned manners!!
