Highly disappointed with Harvey Norman Erina's furniture department purchased a lounge and had it for less then 3months and it had to be returned (and refunded) their customers service through this process was appalling and this was coming from their so called manager. This will be my last purchase from Harvey Norman.

Harvey Notman Erina charged me a 20% restocking fee for the return of a iRoomba robotic floor cleaner.
I found the franchasees wife quite rude and unhelpful.
The cleaner never worked after three household members tried to get it going with the dirty water tank warning coming up.
Luckily there are many more stores to buy product from in the future.

Harvey norman white goods section erina has agreed to send a gas fitter to change the jets on the propane gas stove to natural gas. I hope this works and is ok. we don't want to have trouble with it for years to come. I feel like we have bought a second hand product as it already needs work. strange hey.they still need to return calls so customers know where they stand. hope it all turns out ok

we bought a gas stove from Harvey normans erina store and when we got the product home and took the packing off we found a sticker on the back saying it was for propane gas only.we tried to change the product as it was not on any signs in the shop but they don't return our calls so we are stuck with a product we can't use. they did say they would send a kit to change it but we need to get a gas fitter to change that and even Westinghouse said they need to exchange it for a natural gas stove.
