      Worst Service I have ever experienced. Tried to charge my wife 3 times what they should have, to have a step carpeted - worst of all this was the franchise owner who served her, when she called me his price suddenly dropped to what is should have cost, I don't understand why he would treat a woman differently to a male customer.
