I was really disappointed with a pkumbing company for overcharging me for a roof job. Their pricing were rediculous but P1 plumbing and electrical was good in charging. Their price was 30 per cent less from the other company I approached.

Upon inspection the service man told me that the leak was from the skylight which was broken and need a replacement. After comparing their quote seem to be promising and I went ahead with it. After fixing the issue the plumber discussed great ideas for future home improvements.

I had a young man Dennis arrived promptly and strongly encouraged me to watch him jet the sewer line so I could understand any issues related to sewerage overflowed outside and my house flooded with bath water.

I am extremely anxious and upset with the toilets not working properly and the prospect of major work to pipes. Before starting the work I reassured with the Project Manager, Jacob if they can do a permanent fixing. He confidently said their plumbers can and I went ahead. I can't thank Jacob and Adam enough for the speedy response to fix my pipes that were totally blocked with tree roots. Adam explained the alternatives and costing at each stage and the work was of very high quality. All equipment was within their van and did power jetting to unblock it. Both Jacob and Adam were professional and went the extra mile. The price was extremely reasonable as per quote. No additional charges were added.

I phoned several plumbers and Adam was way below other quotes. I have heard some of the expensive ones dont do a good job. I will be spreading the word about P1 Plumbing and electrical to hundreds of people I see in my job.

We were pleasantly surprised to have Harry to dig our backyard for doing excavation of pipework on his own. My sewer had issues from past two years and each time I just did sewer cleaning. But I needed to fix it permanently and that's how Harry helped me to do excavation. He digged up to 1.2 m to expose the pipe. Cut out the existing damaged pipe and replaced new PVC pipe. He got on with the task at hand with energy, very quick work. Extremely nice to see a young guy with so much enthusiasm for his work.His work ethic was of a high standard.
