I called on Monday about a leak in our ceiling and Tuesday early morning 7 am they send me a plumber. Dennis arrived on time and promptly fixed the main issue, he was extremely helpful in pointing out the underlying problems that should be fixed. Removed the existing plaster of the ceiling and replastered the ceiling. The price is unbeatable for the quality of service and the friendliness of the P1 Plumbing and Electrical team. No administration or cleaning fee. Just the job fee was quoted to us and it was fixed. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Yesterday I needed a plumber to fix a problem that had been wanting attention for a long time. I have a toilet with a faulty outlet, the seal has perished and the inner workings of the unit are in the process of falling. I need it to be replaced completely to avoid future maintenance. P1 Plumbing Electrical brought me a water saving toilet suit in a cheap rate. I myself checked its quality and for the price it was too much. Finally a plumbing service with a customer care focus. Called them to remove my old gas cooktop and replace it with new one which I have already purchased. Dennis arrived the place and inspected the pipeworks. He installed the new gas cooktop and adjusted the pipeworks so there won't be any issues in future. He also did a leak detection test to ensure if everything is fine and did not include the test in the quote. Such an understanding plumber who talked friendly, felt like a family member talking to me. He adviced the things that I should take care of the gas cooktop and also cleaned the place for me. Outstanding price which was just $435 and along with it got $100 senior's discount which made the price even cheaper. Thanks guys this was something a old person like me could afford.

Got a leaking sink and I tried to fixed it on my own but couldn't fix it. Enquired for a plumber from P1 Plumbing and Electrical and the staff booked me a plumber who is in the nearest suburb. Very happy to know that they are 24 hour plumbers and have their plumbers in all suburbs. Plumber arrived in fifteen min and did the inspection of my basin. He recommended to install tempering valve under the sink. Gave me different options through their quote and I approved the one which was affordable. While he removing the pipework down the basin he asked another staff to bring the tempering valve to save time. The other staff reached quickly and it was fixed within one hour. Will 100 percent contact them in future.

I got quotes $4000 plus for roof damage then I found Dennis from P1 Plumbing and Electrical and he quoted me $2500. That was a huge difference from other quotes and I was worried if the quality might drop. But they were awesome my roof was fixed with high standards with no quality issues. I gave their number to my relative and neighbour and even they are happy with their price and service. In this time of crises I am happy there are some people who are honest.

Had a great experience with P1 Plumbing and Electrical. They came promptly to fix my blocked drain. I was waiting for three days for another plumber to fix the issue but he didn't show up. On the other hand, P1 Plumbing company send me a plumber with just one phone call. He unblocked the drain and the payment was done online which was a very reasonable price. Would call them again if I need a plumber.
