On Tuesday 19th July 2022 I got a iMac 24" M1 2021 as a replacement for my iMac 21.5" 2019 since they came and took it on Friday night since the wireless wasn't working so they couldn't fix it.

Went in today to purchase a $1700 computer willing to even purchase more. Staff advised me as I was not wearing a mask due to an exemption I was not able to enter the store. I suggested purchasing from outside the store and was told it was not acceptable. I guess Apples loss is JB-HiFi Doncasters gain, the boys were great and completely understanding, gathered what I wanted fast and efficiently so I could leave the centre.

They guy that helped me was LOVELY.
However, when I received my phone back after a battery replacement, the Touch ID function flat-out would not work. I called Apple support and they said to book in another appointment at Doncaster to get it fixed, and that I might have to pay -AGAIN- for a mistake they made. Not happy, Jan.

I visited Apple Doncaster to buy an iPad Pro, I went immediately to the counter with iPads where I stood for 15 minutes trying to attract the attention of a staff member. They refused to catch my eye and even as I stood next to a group of 4 staff chatting (as I was trying to get their attention) I was ignored, a team member then directed the others to various waiting customers pointing them out while waving her arm over and around me. I finally got the attention of a staff member at the door who asked what I wanted and then directed all her questions to my 10 yr old daughter despite me telling her that the iPad was for me. This was extremely annoying as I knew exactly what I wanted and I was quite prepared to add items to my purchase such as keyboard, cover, pencil etc. At this point I gave up, left and drove to the Chadstone store. By this time I needed to be quick As I had an appointment. I was served immediately and was able to leave within 5 minutes with an iPad pro and keyboard having spent $1850, I hope the sales team work on commision.

Completely Terrible service and helpless Service center manager (Tim) and waste of time going to the Apple store at Doncaster Westfield and there is no escalation above to him as he told to me. He and his team not ready to service Apple customers who has 10 years using apple products. I would suggest don't go with apple products or don't expect good service. bad service at all.

Complete waste of time going to the Apple store at Westfield Doncaster. They turned me away. Terrible service.

I spend 3 hours at apple shop in getting the back up and they replaced the iphone twice. One with failed software.
The one now they have given me doesnt have ear plugs working so I can;t listen to music. This is beyond a joke and I can't tell you how disappointed I am with Apple Doncaster. I have never seen the most unprofessional bunch of people in the store who have no intentions of helping.
The salesman actually tries to sell you a new plan of optus, telstra etc.
BUNCH OF JOKERS to say the least.

Visiting from 3 hours away and tried to drop off my old iphone for battery replacement (so i could regict it to my husband). 3 small children in tow and was told i would have to wait one hour just to book in/drop off. Said i was happy to leave for a week, no, still one hour to drop it off. Depite the two apple employees talking to me just standing there chatting. Asked if there was an address i can send it to, NO!

In the last 4 years I have needed assistance from this store 5 times with problems ranging from iPhone issues and iMac software problems. Not once was the visit successful, all problems were later solved by myself and not by the "Genius." One issue was I bought a new iMac that was needed for work, within 2 weeks software issues were present and the only way it could be resolved was to have my mac taken away for over a week, install a new hard drive without a replacement mac in the meantime. It was two weeks old and faulty! Maybe just replace the dud you sold me? I am furious and disgusted at the management of this store. Avoid like the plague.

Extremely helpful. Replaced my malfunctioning iPhone on the spot. Usually companies try and get out of replacing things by blaming you for how you've treated the phone etc. etc., but I had a great experience today, very friendly, great customer service.
