Had my Hot Water up & going so fast. Called late afternoon & Simon was at my home at 7am next morning. Simon was efficient & explained everything with a smile.

They matched the lowest quote I found. Efficient service. They installed the water heater next day I called them. The installer was friendly and hardworking (he worked in the rain)!

Could not be happier with their service. The technician who came to fix my faulty hot water heater was extremely professional and thorough with great attention to detail. And both the technician and the Inline staff were communicative and gave me a run down of all possible options. The job was tricky and was quite lengthy but the technician showed his expertise and had the system working in no time. The price was really reasonable as well.

Inline Plumbing and Electrical are one organisation I can say have awesome customer service, tells you honestly what needs to be done and when they tell you they will be there, they will be.



I came across Inline Plumbing because the day before Christmas the hot water decides to give up the ghost. I had another plumber come and look and said the tank needs replacing as it is leaking. Quoted over $4000 for the replacement, but felt it was a bit much.



A quick google search showed Inline Plumbing and the price range for their supply and install. Make the call and spoke with David to get a ballpark cost as a comparison, who was not just out to make a sale, but gave the honest and truthful assessment of what I have been quoted and what it should cost as a comparison. I quickly cancelled the other order and ordered through David, who again, was awesome, and got his team out on site with the new tank that afternoon and installed.



I cannot express how appreciative I am that Inline Plumbing has come to my rescue to get a new tank installed. I can have hot water over the holiday period and my visitors do not have to suffer cold showers, and as a major bonus for the holidays, I still saved over 50% in the back pocket.

I highly recommend using Inline Plumbing & Electrical as their services were quick, prompt and professional. I had my existing hot water system that was leaking replaced with a new Rheem 250L and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

My job was handled professionally from beginning to end. My new hot water heater was installed by Matt who was skilled, pleasant, polite and hard-working. His attention to detail was excellent and he very obviously had my best interests and the company’s best interests at heart. He worked hard to ensure I would remember Inline Plumbing as being a professional company to deal with.
