After a nerve racking 2 weeks of negotiating who to trust to replace our hot water system, we finally decided to pin our hopes on Inline Plumbing and Electrical. Our apprehension quickly soon disappeared when the service and installation was completed. David and the team were very thoughtful and thoroughly professional from the fist call to the pick up of our old heater. Quality Service at Competitive Price
On 10/1/2016 the piping connecting to the hot water tap in my bathroom vanity basin was split and thus caused the hit water to continuously leaked from under the tap. I therefor phoned Inline Plumbing and Electrical (IPE) at 9am on Sunday and David promised he would find someone to fix it for me ASAP. By 10am I was advised by David that a plumber called Mark was assigned for the job.
Mark arrived at just before 11am and by 1130am the job was completed. I found Mark to be very proficient, helpful and friendly. I was also very thankful with IPE for being so receptive to its customer's needs especially on Sunday.
I am truly pleased with the prompt/quality services as well as its price provided by IPE and will have no hesitation in recommending them to any of my friends.

Deciding to tile the bathroom, toilet and laundry in my apartment I asked Jonathan my tiler to commence work. The hot water system needed to be disconnected.

Using Google I found Anytime Hot water (Ph:1300468888 http://www.anytimehotwater.com.au). I chose Anytime Hot Water because the website said that the company was the Rheem winner for 2013 and 2014 and because David who gave the quote was polite, efficient and inspired confidence. (Note that Anytime Hot Water and Inine Plumbing and Electrical' [ph:1300465463 http://www.inlineplumbing.com.au] are both run by David.

The next day, Mark the plumber removed the hot water system. I asked whether he could also remove the laundry tub and bathroom vanity. No problem! Mark coordinated and collaborated with the tiler.

So then I asked Mark whether the drainage problem in the laundry could be solved. A previous plumber had said the drain was a false drain with concrete underneath and he offered no solution. In contrast Mark offered a solution.

Speedy approval by the Strata Committee for work on the slab and for payment of the work was obtained due to the wonders of email technology and liaison with David. The drain would be fixed the next day because the services of a specialist plumber were required.

Plumbers Sam and Mark arrived. Sam first tried to unblock the drain and when that proved impossible he offered two solutions. I went with the least expensive and less disruptive solution.

I now have a working drain. How happy am I!

In conclusion, plumbers Sam and Mark were professional, able to communicate effectively, collaborated with another tradesperson, problem solve and able to get the job done. Importantly they left the workspace clean and were respectful of my home. David their boss organised that my work could be completed at short notice and was flexible in allowing more time for extended work to be completed. All in all, this was a most satisfactory experience.

My electric hot water tank literally blew-up (cracked seal and exploding water!)
I sent a contact request from their website at 5:30AM, they called me at 6:45AM. The new tank was delivered at 8:30AM and Simon had it installed by 10:30AM....SAME DAY!!! And at a very reasonable price!

Required a hot water service for a hot water system that was leaking. Called Inline Plumbing and spoke to David... Very informative, and organised a plumber to attend that same afternoon. Problem was solved quickly. I was a happy man. Will be using this company again.

We had an emergency hot water breakdown on Saturday. With house guests on their way for the weekend and a family outing for the evening we really needed to get the hot water service replaced urgently. Had Matt come out to service my Rinnai hot water system. Someone called to notify me he was on his way. Matt was friendly and polite, explained everything he did, gave me some useful advice and cleaned up after himself. I won't hesitate to use this company again.

Simon, the installer, was amazing. Fast to arrive and nothing was a trouble - there were a few hiccups on site at my end. Simon couldn't have been more patient or helpful. Fast, professional, lovely manner and clearly very skilled. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and am pleased to write a recommendation.

I also dealt with David on the phone, who was wonderful. Such great advice and info. Clearly, a very experienced person and great customer service skills. He explained the process which all ran to clockwork as described. David and his team made the process as fast and painless as possible (important when we are all so busy).

The person that dropped off the new system was lovely too. Sorry - can't recall his name.
