Very impressed with professional service from this company and thoroughly recommend them as a local expert in sorting out washing machines of the LG variety. Their focus was to sort out our problem machine and get it back in gear and that's exactly what they achieved for what I deemed to be a reasonable price.

Dishwasher door wouldn't close properly. I thought it was the hinges. Grant believed that it wasn't the hinges but a slight twist in the door. He provided a quick and easy fix over the phone which I could perform, and it worked. No need for a service call and no charge. Many thanks.

I was left a very rude voicemail telling me I had 10minutes to call back or they weren’t coming.

Since I do not sit around watching my phone all day as I’m doing remote learning with my kids I didn’t hear the phone as it rang. Grant the very rude man who left the voicemail called at 1:40pm I called back at 2:12 over his ten minute window but what kind of company gives a window like that. When I called him he was so rude, telling me I should of answered the phone when he called and my time was “up” when asked about tomorrow which is Friday he shouted and said we’re all busy! Next time answer the phone! He then tried to turn the conversation into a lecture as to why i needed to call when he asked in the time that he asked and I straight out said I don’t care I just want to know when you can come to which he replied “on Monday when I’m up for it” what type of company is this honestly! What a disgrace!!

Thanks to Grant and his team for being so helpful, friendly and efficient. I had a difficult experience with another company in getting a part for my washing machine. After a month I decided to call Diamond Valley appliances and they were able to get the same part within a week. Thanks so much again

Thanks very much to Grant for explaining the issue with our washing machine. Very friendly and helpful.

Called and was quoted an up front price which included the first hour of service. Very expensive. Went with it as used this Company previously with good results at a reasonable price. A young chap came out, spent 15 minutes doing a couple of basics and said a new expensive motherboard was required. Asked for quote. No quote or receipt for payment ever received.

Just the BEST service of anywhere. Love these guys. Could not recommend more highly.
