      After ringing LG service centre about my washing machine that had stopped spinning, I was referred onto
      Diamond Valley Appliance for help. Thinking the worst, lengthy delay in getting someone out, not to mention service
      fee and what ever parts needed, I spoke with a lovely guy who asked me to just check the button catcher as this can
      sometimes fill with water and stop the machine from working. Well after checking and yes filled with water my machine started to spin. Thank you to Diamond Valley Appliance for excellent customer service and saving me an expensive call out when it was easily fixed by me. You have made my day!
