The team at AF Health are amazing, very precise in finding out what’s wrong, no big pharma here, just nice and natural, how we should be healing our bodies.

Honestly I have been blown away by the care and the knowledge of the staff at AF Health.



From having many health issues that doctor's don't look into, I have had the upmost in-depth results from seeing Kayla and to know what I'm going through can get better.

I have problems sleeping for many months now and have been back and forth to see my local GP and Sleep Doctor at Flinders Hospital etc, but no one seemed to have solved my sleep problems. I sometimes go for 3 days without sleep. I have tried different solutions to solve my sleep problem such as meditation, digital detox etc, but nothing worked.



My friend recommended that I should go to a Naturopath (or have my hormones checked). Did my Google research and compared the offers and prices of various Naturopaths in Adelaide - eventually chose AF Health based on their offerings on their website.



I’ve booked Darren. After reviewing all the vitamins and medicines I have been taking, he recommended me to take a different set of Magenesium and Vit D brands. And it totally worked!
