AF Health - Adelaide Naturopath

I was quite skeptical going to a Naturopath as I had no idea what was going to happen... or if one could even help me. I chanced on AF Health and couldn't have been happier.



From the initial phone call, I was made to feel like I would be in safe hands. At each appointment Alex spent longer than necessary with me, addressing all my concerns, and repeating things I'd forgotten or didn't understand.



Under his guidance he helped assuage concerns I was having over what my body might be doing and got me to a point of feeling better than I have in ages.



He was always available to phone or email... I definitely felt like a human with real concerns, and not just another person with a bunch of symptoms. Thanks Alex & Team!
