LCL Plumbing and Drainage

LCL Plumbing recently came out to repair an emergency burst pipe leading from the hot water service into the house. Ben from LCL did a fantastic job of carefully removing some external brickwork, fixing the pipe, checking everything worked ok before reparing the brick wall and re-grouting to close it up. He also left the area nice and clean afterwards. A great job and a great service for a very reasonable price. Thank you LCL Plumbing. I really appreciate how quickly you responded to my situation and the quality of the job you did.

LCL plumbing rescued my family from the overflow of shower water into the hallway. They cleared a blocked pipe, clearly explained the issue as it was happening and dealt with a curious 8-year-old and 4 month old puppy. They were extremely good value on their price to clear the blockage and their quote to fix the job was reasonable (given the 4 metre depth). I would thoroughly recommend these people for any drainage or plumbing needs. They charge you for the work required. They are reliable and professional.

INCREDIBLE!!! These guys are FANTASTIC!!! Replaced all my storm water and sewerage in 3 DAYS!!! I couldn't believe it!!! AND they did a GREAT job and left the place better than they found it! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about LCL Plumbing. Jacob and Ben (Plumbing Technicians) and Liam (Operation Manager) were the utmost in professionalism, expertise and execution. They are absolute Legends. Allison in the Office was super helpful, nice and kind. I am an existing loyal customer of LCL Plumbing company for the last few years and every time I had a plumbing issue, either Jacob or Ben came out on very short notice to fix our plumbing issues straight away. They were very professional, friendly and courteous and provided excellent service.

My house used to have blockages all the time and other plumbing companies used the snake machine to clear the blockage but the blockage came back again and again after a short while, and luckily we found this LCL Plumbing and Drainage through my Real Estate Agency and Jacob used the high jet machine with the camera to clear the blockage and the blockage hasn’t come back since then. We also had a problem with Gas leaking from a pipe and Liam sent another plumber out straight away on the day to fix the gas leaking for us. And another time we had a very high water bill but we don't know what caused that, we called LCL plumbing and drainage and Liam sent a plumbing technician out the next morning to fix the problem for us straight away. We are very pleased and impressed with the work that LCL did for all our jobs so far. The results are amazing.

I cant recommend LCL enough!

After speaking with Alison in the office
who knows customer service inside out and very knowledgeable,
also they where very quick respond Jacob was very fast working to help get my plumbing back in use

Nowdays it seems very hard to find a plumbing company that turns up to quote (if at all) and be honest and also punctual.However this does NOT apply to LCL Plumbing as they came to quote at an agreed time. Arrived at the job on the agreed date and have a fair price structure excellent work ethic and extremely polite staff. I would highly recommend them to any prospective client. We have more work to do at a later date and will only use LCL. Many thanks for all your help in solving what was a major problem.

I had a plumbing issue I called Service today they quoted me over $1,000. LCL Plumbing did the job for $200. I would highly recommend them, they were friendly, professional and trust worthy.
