LCL Plumbing and Drainage

LCL were great the first time they came. When I rang them for a follow up appointment a while later to finish the job that they'd started (as it was a big job?), the cancelled the first time, then on they day they had rescheduled for they TEXT me that morning saying that they were no longer coming and wouldn't be able to do the job, as they no longer had the equipment needed to do it (though had before, so I don't know if they just 'gave it away' or broke it- whatever). When I rang to query why, I was told that as I 'wasn't willing to pay' for them to just rip up and dig into my floor without trying other options first, that was it, they couldn't help me. I asked if they could recommend anyone else to help me and got the answer "No, not really'. Quite a rude tradesman too. As a single female homeowner I would not trust them ever again. I want nothing more to do with them. All they want is $$$- no care for customer service.

I rang lcl plumbing to come to my house.within a day they were there .found the problem.
They gave me a quote.came back an. Fixed the problem within a few hours.plus they did a few extra small jobs without charging me.
I was so happy with there punctuality an great service.
I highly recommend these plumbers.

Friendly service & nice guy, but $228 labor and $80 parts for 70 mins (30 mins work, 40 mins away to collect the part) to replace a sticking Toilet cistern valve?

Jacob from LCL Plumbing fixed the prob in under one hour. Polite and friendly to us, conscientious and very thorough in his job. Pricing is very reasonable.

These guys are great. Recommend them to anyone. Fixed the blocked sewer under an hour. will use LCL plumbing again. :)

I have used LCL plumbing for a number of different jobs over the past few years. The guys have always been friendly, reliable, honest and really helpful. The prices are good and they clean up after themselves! I highly recommend them.

I required a plumber to come out and unblock a pipe for me. I was told to give Luke a call from LCL Plumbing. After speaking to Luke someone was onsite within 2 Hrs to unblock the pipe for me. I highly recommended LCL Plumbing.
