Have moved many times and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had.

Booked the biggest truck and three men; they arrived late and then drove past our place twice before finally pulling up with lol. Three men arrived but only two worked, the other was mostly on his phone. The truck was dirty inside, their rugs for protection of furniture were dirty, dusty and mouldy.

Some furniture was damaged in transit; we could not be bothered taking this up with management as it was apparent we were dealing with monkeys. These people do a very poor job and have a rip off culture.

Do yourself a favour, get a reputable removalist and you will save a bunch in the long run.

I want to personally thank all the team at AAA City Removalist for their professional service and helpful attitudes. From the moment I called for a quote to the moment the move was completed (and even afterwards), I felt safe and secure in leaving my possessions in their hands. Best price I could find as well, so that helped. Would definitely recommend these guys!

I used this company to move from Sydney to Melbourne and everything that could go wrong with a move did!

From the day they were suppose to show up to collect they showed up to the incorrect address at the wrong time. This was even after all details were confirmed over email and phone!

To make things worse the staff speak poor English and have no respect for for household items as well your house, dragging furniture items access floors and hitting walls and doorways. They also were very rude to us.

This company changed for services they originally stated were at no cost so watch these scum bags!!!!!

When things got to the destination a TV worth over 3k was smashed due to the poor way they remove, store and transport goods even with it heavily bubble wrapped!! When I called them they said tuff luck you should have got insurance. I am now out of pocket thousands of dollars.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Two out of the three movers were responsible and hard workers. The one I believe was supervising the moving was more interested in talking then actually working.

The worst part came when there was less than 1 hour to finish unloading the truck and the "supervisor" told me they would not finish unloading unless I paid IN ADVANCE for the moving. He then gave me a choice of plastic or money and to expedite things I decided to pay with a credit card. That was until he told me I would have to write down ALL my credit card information (including the security code) in a form that there was NO way to keep secure. After about 10 more minutes of discussion (in which they were not unloading my things) I went out on my car to withdraw the remaining value, which the supervisor had calculated in advance. When I came back the 3 movers were just waiting, not working, and I got into an argument with the supervisor again and told him to stop procrastinating and finish unloading my things. The guys still argued for about 5 min before calling his company and for 10 min on the phone.

The supervisor stole at least 1 hour of his work doing nothing and at least 15min of the whole crew. To add insult to injury they "finished" unloading my things 10 min after a full hour and charged me an extra half hour. WHICH he had already included in the value he estimated earlier so this was pre-planned!

While all this was happening the other two guys were just looking downcast and tried to stay out of my sight.

* I paid for 3 movers and maybe got 2.5 out of it
* I got terrible service and had to argue with the supervisor for him to do his work
* I was cheated out of half hour with a pre-planned extorsion routine

Using your services got me really upset and will never EVER use your service again.

Removalists were polite and hardworking however the Customer Service team leave alot to be desired.

Rip Off culture is rife within the organisation, avoid at all costs.

Absolutely terrible customer service!

Very slow service as you pay the for the time & not the job. They definitely drag it out. Also scratched the bench of my new house whilst trying to move furniture. Spoke to David on the day of the move & was met with rudeness. Reviewed them on Facebook and was told to email David to discuss my concerns, thought it was pointless but gave them the benefit of the doubt assuming they would resolve the issue and never received a reply. Don't bother guys, we just wasted our money.

Had a great , fast and friendly experience with AAA. Shut and team were fantastic . Highly recommended .

Hi, there is nothing better than things going smoothly, as moving is stressful enough as it is. I've moved a number of times and AAA is by far the most professional and friendly removalists I've ever come across. Well done for caring about your customers and not treating them like just a number, you definitely give the others a run for their money, You give the customer exactly what they want and I commend you for that, thank you for all your help and working in a timely manner that suited our budget, our movers were mark and milad, really nice hard working guys, thank you for all your help

Worst experience ever. Booked for 9am, arrived around 12pm and worked very slow. I had to leave the garage content behind. Overall, it took 3 men circa 6 hours to move my stuff to a 2 bedroom apartment within the same suburb. Also, they've lost my guitar in transition.
