Don't waste your time and money. They won't book for your tickets until they're chased for a few days. Then they cancel it after you've checked it then reinstated after being caught.
Read all the reviews you can.. There's no guarantee you'll fly, they will cancel your tickets a day or two before you fly. JUST Don't TRUST THEM!

Don't be fooled by all the good reviews. This mob are crooks. They make your booking, take your money, then cancel the booking and try and keep the money. They then use delaying tactics and try and string you along until it's too late for the banks to get your money back. If you have unfortunately given them your money for a ticket I recommend you immediately ask your bank to dispute the transaction. I cannot believe they haven't been taken down and are still allowed to operate. BEWARE

Dodgy. Thought less chance of this via aggregator site: kayak.com and based in Australia with an ABN but this place is bad. Reservation quick but no airline ticket issued. Tried to hide payment details never emailed. Delay delay. Slow to respond and hung up on me twice when phoning. How they can operate legally in Australia? This is crazy. Terms of booking emailed but not even proof read. Now time to contact NSW Office of Fair Trading and Visa as the service so far has not been rendered. Tons of fake reviews. Stay away from this hustle.

Make sure you screenshot card payment and booking reference number before closing the web browser. If you do, you will get stress from them. If you dont, you will get scammed from them. Either way is not in your favour.

Booked with this “company” to not get a ticket til the next day and to call up Quantas a week later to find out there are no booking details on their side apart from my name. I booked on the 23rd of Jan and my flight was cancelled on the 24 without consent . I am following it up but from the reviews can see that it is clearly a scam.
Check the website before confirming bookings - all of the positive reviews seem to be robots / fake .
We’ll see what happens from here, I’ll keep you updated .

This company are the ultimate scammers. First I pay extra money for a flex ticket and there wouldn’t change it. Made multiple calls and emails and hear nothing back then there spelt my name wrong on the ticket and had to pay to change with the airline myself. Please don’t book here and get scammed.

I booked flight tickets for 3 people Mel to Hyd almost 5 months before the travel date and from last one month I am trying to make changes to my tickets but no luck. My travel date is approaching soon and I am not sure what to do about it. I wish I would I read the reviews before. Jodie if you are reading this then help me I have been waiting for weeks and weeks now.

I’ve booked return tickets from Melbourne to Denpasar, waited all afternoon for a booking reference/confirmation to be emailed to me, only received after I chased them. I then had to wait 5 days for my e-tickets which I again had to chase for. Strange thing is I bought the tickets on 17 Oct via credit card but having sent umpteen emails and made so many calls to the agent whilst on hold they generated the e-tickets with a date of 22 Oct (I presume they did this whilst I was again on hold on the phone)! The e-ticket actually says the sale was paid by “cash”??? I have since read the agents reviews and I believe they are scammers! Has anyone actually even travelled anywhere with them or do they cancel everyone’s tickets 3 days prior to travel??

Appalling customer service and overall experience. Save your money and find any other agency to purchase your tickets through.
My partner and I were going to travel overseas, but due to a recent cancer diagnosis I had to cancel all upcoming plans.
As it seems that no one can assist you over the phone I was referred to someone named Wendy to assist with my refund request by email.
I was asked to pay an extra considerable fee to upgrade my tickets to flexi so the refunds could be looked into. I was reluctant at first as I wanted a rough estimate to know whether a refund or keeping my tickets on hold for a year would be the best option.
Her replies were almost instantaneous when it came to getting those extra fees paid, and as it seemed that they were not inclined on being helpful whatsoever despite the awful circumstances I went through with the transfer, it has now been 10 days and I've heard nothing from them.
It's worth mentioning that when purchasing my return ticket I was never sent any confirmation or ticket despite the payment being made. I had to chase that issue over a week for it to be sorted.
So please don't let yourselves get fooled by the countless bots boosting their review ratings and save your money.
I'm not one to get out of my way to complain but this has been truly sickening.
Update:
I received a call from the agent's manager after leaving the original review, all apologetic justifying the agent's performance with a story that was very different from the one I received from said agent. As expected this was with the hope for the review being taken down, as asked by the manager at the end of the phone call.
Despite mentioning having to go through treatment from the very start it was only after half a dozen of emails asking me to pay extra that a medical certificate was requested which dragged things out even more.
I was told the refund would take 12-14 weeks which in itself is pretty awful, but as expected it has now been 14 weeks and the refund is nowhere to be seen.
I have sent an email to their support team a week ago, requesting contact details of someone in an executive position to seek help about the entire situation from the start, as my partner had a positive outcome doing so through her company. But no replies.
I will try to find support through ASIC as a last resort and encourage anyone who had a terrible experience to do the same so this type of practice doesn't affect anyone else.
