I booked a round trip flight from these guys for bali on last Thursday morning,i called and confirmed that there is 20 kg check in baggage for my flight and they said yes sir , e tickets will be issued in 24 hrs .after number of calls and fake promises that we will send your e tickets today .I received my ticket yesterday by 4:30pm and it says no check in baggage . I call customer care number and they said i have to pay extra $806 dollars for check in baggage. The guys are running a scam be aware don’t waste you hard earned money. The Staff is very rude specially Daniel .

They will try their best to scam you. Do not do business with them.

Booked flights to Thailand from Brisbane.

Arrived at the airport only to find out flight delayed until the next day.

No notification from Best Price Travel.

Contacted their office and spoke to Rahul. Told me I'd have to wait 2-3 hours for a call back. Refused to put me through to a Supervisor to try to resolve. Said it's only him and one other in the office until after midday. Received a call back from Daniel, Rauls' colleague. Gave me no more information, apart from advising Best Price Travel do not take any responsibility, nor compensate for any such issues.

I've lost a day in Travel, lost cost of accommodation, airport parking etc.

I've since checked the reviews on Google and noticed the majority of positive reviews were clearly fake, referring to employees who do not work at BPT

This agency is next level scam. They make you pay for service and they deny it! I made a flexible air ticket to India and since I'm hit with COVID I requested them to cancel my ticket and refund the money. The reply was the flexible ticket can't be cancelled and plus I have to pay if I have to change the date.



You make flexi booking so incase if anything goes wrong you can change or cancel. Wendy from the agency told she can't refund and check the airline and their own policy where they have clearly stated it seems.



I checked both and both said the ticket is refundable. Don't believe these guys. They are scam!



After I told them that their's and airline terms and condition says the flight fare is refundable they even changed their terms and conditions on their website. Next level scam they are!!! But these people think we are idiots not to screenshot before they amend their T&C to whatever they want! I have all the proofs!



I have lodged complaint with NSW fair trade and waiting for response now!



Save your time guys!!! Don't buy or get service from these guys!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRAVEL AGENCY "EVER"- we made a booking for a family of four for SYD-DELHI-SYD through them for travel to India in April 2020 and the tickets were required to be cancelled due to the COVID lockdowns. We patiently waited as many others to see how things unfold for travel and Air India and the Govt. of India had both advised that customers with travel plans during the lockdowns are to be refunded in Full ($3,570). Despite explaining that we have undergone significant financial hardship due to loss of employment and illness in the family and need the refunds badly - they part refunded the money in October 2022 (after many many follow-up calls and emails) and deducted a MASSIVE $700 - I have explained that this was both very unfair and unethical to deduct such a huge amount in the name of "administrative / processing" costs. They do not care - businesses like these should not exist. I am going to be lodging a complaint with the Australian Federation of Travel Agents, Airline Customer Advocate, the Fair Trading NSW and the ACCC. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS !!!
