Unfortunately, did not see the reviews and rating of 1.3. So rightly pointed out by many, beware, a total rip-off. Never tell you about a $90 call out fee until they turn up. Spoke of a seniors discount which did not mean a thing. The young plumber did not want to rectify the identified issue which was very straight forward; spun stories about replacing pipes, thinking I was plain dumb, then changed two taps pillars for $450 which would normally cost approx. $120. He then thought he did me a favour by reducing the call out fee by $50. A total of $500 for a 25minute job. I really feel sorry for the people who have no choice but to engage not all but some of these unscrupulous trades people.

Replace Basin waste popup (I supplied the unit) and was quoted $250.00. 1.45 hour job.

This 92 year old senior was conned to sign invoice before it was filled out. After I received the receipt I relished I was charged a whopping $572.00. Was even charged $70.00 for phone call I made to them!

Stay far away from this mob, charge my handicapped sister $2154 to replace 6 tap washers and adjust toilet seat.Their add in the leader newspaper states 30% senior discount which they refused.

Charged $847 to replace tap that didnt solve leak. Then wanted to charge additional $400 for work that wouldnt have resolved the leak.

Rude and aggro when confronted about high pricing and poor workmanship that didnt justify it

They responded to my enquiry within the same day. I had a very bad blocked toilet drain. Harry came out the same day. He was very helpful. The price was reasonable. explained everything to me and my husband highly recommend Mr. Flow Plumbing services.

Charged double over a blocked kitchen sink - callout $770 + GST for water jet/acid took 25 mins + left mess for us to clean up - when complained afterwards in phone call said I could take to tribunal!

Avoid at all costs - unprofessional, rude and also unskilled in diagnosing the issue and failing to rectify it

They will charge you $200 call out fee. The come with disrespect and rudeness. They “fix” the issue, and do a dodgy job so that you have to call them back. Company is a scam

Charged $500 +50 for a 15 minute clean job. Call out fee informed in phone as 75$ but asked for 180 when someone came home.
