Advertised as a $0 call out that cost $187 to come out , did nothing and told us what we already knew.

Gave us a quote that was $1300 dearer than all the others

When we said “we’ll get back to him” he raised his voice which I found intimidating.

Charged my elderly mother $380 to replace a shower head and forged her signature on the service report.

Advertised no call out fees, scammed my elderly grandparent into paying call out fees...

Overpriced and a rip off. Charged me $500 to blast main drain outside. After calling and getting quotes from other companies I realised it would have cost much less. Stay away..

instead replacing leaking hose replaced all sink tap set for over 400. Connected hot water flow on wrong right side. REFUSED TO WRITE INVOICE !!! New water tape broke next day !!! No invoice > No warranty.

Rude, condescending, deceiptful. How many more sysnonysms can I find to describe how poor this service and it's employees are.

The owner has an extremely poor attitude, overcharges like crazy for minor jobs. You can tell because you can always negotiate it right down. Also the plumbers he hires are completely incompetent and hooking up something as simple as a washing machine so would not recommend this mob to anyone. A dying cuthroat business in a transparent world.

Do not use these people. I'm doubting whether the plumber who visited was even a real plumber.

Paid $450 for Mr Flow to inspect and "attempt" to clear a blocked sewer pipe, was told that they would need to dig at a cost of nearly $4,000.00. Had the blockage cleared by a real Plumber the next day for $300. BEWARE!!!
