Stay away from this company. The hourly rate quote sounded cheaper than other companies but it will cost you more in the end. The two removalist I had had no idea how to move furniture and they took 4 hours to move few things that would take less than 2 hours. They didn’t secure the furniture properly in the truck and lets the pots loose. Had small pots in then large pots, which meant that when they turn the truck, the large pots fell down on the small ones. They manage to break 3 of my large terracotta pots and damage my fridge. They hire inexperienced guys for cheap and as result damage my goods. STAY AWAY! Use another company

The communication in the lead up to the move was poor. I emailed to update the list of items to be removed and received no reply. There was no confirmation in the day or two before the move. I therefore rang/texted in the morning of the move two different numbers and was told each time the removalists will be there at the set time. Then 15 minutes before they were due to arrive, they told me they were running late. They were even later than they expected because they went to the wrong address even though I had confirmed the address twice with them already. The move itself seemed fine; only a bit of annoyance at the end when I had to drive back to my old property to pick up tools they had left. I was at least glad they did not charge for that time. The final thing that made me most upset about these movers was that that night, I shifted my bed closer to the wall (they for some reason left it in the middle of the room rather than up against the wall - I was driving back to my old place at the time), a plank of wood fell out from under the bed. When I emailed about it I had to email a second time to even get a response. I was told that there was already a crack in the plank. When I went to lift the mattress to take measurements to fix this problem, I realised the rest of the plank was detached from the running fabric holding all the planks together. It was placed on top of the fabric, rather than under it like the rest of the planks. The only deduction that can be made is that the movers had damaged that plank, placed it on the bedframe anyway, covered it with the mattress, and finished the job and left without saying a word to me. These removalists are dishonest, incompetent, unprofessional and unreliable. Strongly recommend paying more for better removalists.

Guys were absolutely amazing - they were friendly, fast and super efficient, taking great care of all our fragile stuff. From start to finish (door-door) it only took 2.5 hours and we had a fair amount of stuff! We will definitely be using these guys again and recommending to our friends.

I had 2 amazing guys doing my moving they worked very hard and they were really carefull. I had a marble table I was a bit scared but they were really careful. The price they charge is amazing u will definitely recommend it. Thank you guys

I will use you again

Under no circumstances would I ever recommend Rham Transport. They were by far the most inexperienced/incompetent removalists I have had the misfortune to engage. In a move from Sydney's inner west to eastern suburbs (ie not far!) we had three wardrobes and a dining table badly damaged. The freshly painted home we moved into was also badly marked by their sheer negligence. Additionally the two men were ponderously slow workers and it took far longer than previous moves with same furniture. Still awaiting response re compensation from management after providing a comprehensive set of photographic evidence and in the interim have initiated contact with Dept of Fair Trading.
