Rham Transport

We used Rham Removals at short notice to move furniture from 2 places to our new home. Our cousine recommended them to us. The two guys arrived on time, were very pleasant friendly and helpful. They took great care not to damage walls or furniture. Just the kind of people you need during a move, which is very stressful in itself. Very impressed. I would book them again. Very different from the attitude of the previous removlists we used.

Rham Transport removals were excellent. I booked my move at the last minute and Kang in the office was very helpful and knowledgeable when we were discussing my needs. The customer service I received was so outstanding that I recommended Rham Removals to my flat mate based solely on my experience booking with Kang. He was able to book me for the first move of the day, Removalist arrived on time, was professional and courteous. Guys took care when packing my furniture and boxes to ensure that everything arrived at the new unit undamaged and clean. Boys moved very quickly but with care and as a result came well in under budget.I would highly recommend Rham Transport to my friends.

The guys were extremely professional and hard working. Our friends had recommended that we move ourselves and save the expense. I am so glad we had Rham Transport help us. What they did in hours would have taken us days, and they knew exactly how to tetris our stuff into their truck such that no space was wasted, and everything was secure. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Rham Transport.

This was the worst experience i have ever had with a removals company. The removalists took 7.5 hours to pack a 8.5 tonne truck 4 hours to unpack it 13 hours to do a 3 bedroom house to the next suburb, my items where broken and when i brought this up with them there reply was "did you ask for insurance?" well i was never offered it! The 3 guys that showed up none spoke English and they also couldn't read English so boxes that where clearly marked where not put in the right place eg: my food from the fridge ended up in the garage and had to all be thrown out and was marked with a big black text "fridge" and "freezer" and now everything is shambles! It got to the point i had to point to the rooms where it was going.
The removalists turned up with 3 trolley not once where they used everything was carried 1 box at a time at snail pace. i have over $2000 in damages to my household items and thats what i have seen so far so god knows how bad it is. Dont use this company it will cost you thousands!
