PATHETIC LIARS, CHEATING IS THERE CORE BUSINESS MODEL FROM THE DEALER PRINCIPAL TO THE LOWEST LEVEL USED CAR SALESMAN. RUTHLESS OPERATORS

My partner and I went there to have a look for a used car. We were told to put a deposit of $2,000. We made a cancellation during the 3 day cooling period because we want to buy a new car with 10 years warranty. The salesperson called me saying that he is not gonna cancel my sale contract even I have the rights to do so. I have been trying to ring and write emails the manager and Werribee Hyundai dealership several times but they ignore my request. No reply or call back. Very awful!!!!!

!!!!!Beware - Don't Buy a Used Car from here - they are cheats!!!
I recently visited to buy a used car and had the worst experience of my life. They are cheats. I signed the contract to buy a car which i initially liked and then decided against it within my cooling off period(which is my right my law). I had given a deposit to these people and when i decided to withdraw I knew it would cost me 1% which i was fine with. I called the agent the next day and he gave me a lot of talk about how good the car was and how he will further reduce the asking price but i had already made up my mind and i told him to return the rest of the money after deducting 1% as required by victoria's laws. After a few minutes their used car sales manager calls me and tells me that all of my money will get deducted and i will not be refunded anything. It was a surprise as i knew it was well within my rights and when i told him that he tried to bully me saying he will call his lawyers and i'll have to buy the car.
I don't know why he thought that i will give in to this rubbish. I had to call consumer.vic.gov.au and get advise on the matter. They asked me to submit a written application to the dealer. I went back and they had to return the money.
They can't mislead people. That is completely and utterly wrong and bad faith. Please don't trust them at all. Especially their used car sales manager. I hope this helps you understand their low standards which a buyer won't expect going into a place with Hyundai brand name. The whole episode was a disgrace and i will never ever trust them to even buy a new car.

The worst customer service ever. I was negotiating a Hyundai Santa fee to 28500 which was listed at 30k. I was willing to pay all cash. The manager tried getting me to pay for what he wanted and when I gave my best offer, he tells his lame agent Ali that I can't "afford" it. Just because someone didn't agree to your terms doesn't mean that he can't afford it. I don't know who made him the manager. Hes exactly opposite of what a manager should be. At the end when the deal didn't happen, the agent Ali told that he wasted his time on me. Reality is that I wasted my time on these jerks.

I put a deposit down for a used car and I had to end the contract within the 3 day cooling off period. Legally, I can end the contract and receive most of my deposit back (less 1%). The salesmen argued with me and said I should borrow money off my parents or buy less groceries to afford the car. I did not want to go ahead and that was my legal right. My deposit has not yet been returned. I am escalating this matter currently. Please do not deal with this bunch. Dishonest and will take full advantage of you.

Within this 2 weeks, I have visited this dealer 3 times.
The first two times I just walked through by myself. I was hoping to see the car in real and without any needs to see the salesman. First impression was quite astonishing and shocking. All the cars on the yard are locked. The neighbourhood dealership such as VW, Mazda and Ford; they are all welcoming anyone by unlocking their doors (not all of them but majority are unlocked). Personally, I am totally understood that safety might be behind of this door’ locking phenomena at this Hyundai dealer particularly. However, from point of view of a customer, well to be honest, I felt I was not welcomed at all.
Today, my third visit with the wife now. As ussual, I checked couple cars on the yard and all the doors were locked until a salesman spotted us. He was nice for the first 30 secs until asked us lot of questions that irritated us. I explained that I want Hyundai Tucson Petrol Highlander. The car is unavailable of that specs and he took us to see the diesel instead, inside the lobby. As we walked in, we started to feel agitated and irritated. This salesman (name G*****, if not mistaken), asked us lot of question about how we gonna puchase the car, who will drive the car (sharing or not), have you seen/driven the car yet because car is unavailable that he needs to register another one now if we want to test drive. First of all, when I met this salesman, I have said to him. This is my wife. Regardless we will share this car or not, this is our business!!! Dont even think to use my wife to push the purchase!!! Second, if you dont have the car for test drive, just say it upfront. Dont make a lot of excuses and dont bring us to see other car that we do not want. Thirdly, I have said at the beginning, we will ONLY do test drive and will not make any purchase and we will have another appointment soon. So stop questioning us of how we are going to purchase this car and so on, because this is very irritating and unpleasant. The way of the salesman’ tone and body gesture were impatient and rude.
It is true, Hyundai Tucson might be reliable car. Infotainment might be above than others. But, inside the cabin is dull, pale and truthfully UGLY. Steering, ride compliance and performance are less than average. Compared to Mazda CX-5 Akera 2.5L turbo petrol AWD (highest specs) that we just purchased now, this Tucson is nothing. If you don’t believe to what I said, then seek for yourself.
Hyundai and KIA have been well growing. But honestly; media, online stuff, and reviewer are sometimes bit too much and OVERATED this Tucson. Lastly, thanks to your superior sales person that had opened up our eyes, that we will never ever come again to your dealership. Not even have any thought to purchase any car from your dealership.
Massive thanks and good luck. Cheers. Vivid

We made an appointment to look at a used car and drove 120km to look at it. Got there and they said they had sold it and thought we could look at another one there similar instead without letting us know. This other car had been loaned out to a customer. Was a complete waste of our day and fuel. Don’t waste your time.
