Terrible sales dealership. Found a better car one day after giving $500.00 deposit.
The car they showed me was dirty had broken rear flap and ingrained scratches.
As the model i chose is no longer manufactured, this type of car was hard to find.
Next day saw exactly same car at Camberwell Toyota. Beautifully cleaned and
of excellent appearance. At Hyundai they said they couldn't fix anything on the car or
even clean it. Terrible service and they took $400.00 of my $500.00 deposit.
They must be really hard up as most dealerships give your full deposit back!!!!!

please be extra careful as they tried to sell me a demo car instead of a new car. Luckily i realied before the cooling off period so i cancelled the contract. The sales representatives are doggy and will try to manipulate you esp if you are the first time buyer. Would not recommend it to anyone!

Dishonest & Unconscionable Sales practices.

I Purchased a New Santa Fe (At least was supposed to be "New" car as per Sale Contract) from Hyundai Hoppers crossing dealership after seeing the 1% finance offer. After the car was delivered I was in for a nasty surprise. The car is built in 2015 July, more than a year old. When we saw the car on the date of sale, the car in the yard was dirty and asked the sales rep and manager at least four times whether it is new car or old car or is it a demo car. I was assured on twice by sales rep and twice by manager that this will be new car. They told me the dirt is due to the nearby gardening business and will detail the car before delivery. The sales rep also told me that they have the best rates in entire Melbourne because they take the biggest stock from Hyundai so they get best rates from Hyundai; and have to move the stock out fast hence customers get best prices. They never told me its a 2015 Built car or its a year-old car. Even the Service message shows service is due 7 days before the delivery date!!! If I have known this fact before the delivery (and registering the car in my name), I would never have bought this car. What is the point of buying a "new car" if its more than a year old?

The 2015 Built cars are sold as old stock for just $44K - 46K (list price before any negotiation)-based on multiple ads for 2015 Built run-out sale cars in carsales.com.au. Whereas I shelled out at least $4,000 more (sale price $48,490) being deceived by Hyundai dealer to think its a "new" car. I never thought Hyundai New car dealership would be such a dishonourable sham businesses and you will get ripped off as if in a flea-market.

Perfect customer service from the sales guy. Was wonderful to deal with. Once id paid however and organised my finance. The organisational skills go out the window. I had to ring up several times to ask if the person organising my car had realised finance had been approved. But she didnt. They hadnt communicated with each other and i am now still waiting for a phone call i was supposed to recieve the next day. Going on a week now with no eta or any info on when i will get my car
