Terrible experience being my car serviced here

Really poor costumer service. Kept us waiting for over an hour after the car was supposed to be ready only to be told they couldn't finish the service. Were told to book the car back in but when we tried they had no record of the outstanding issue and no one could tell us what needed to happen. We rang twice and were told they'd get back to us but they didn't. We then reached out to customer service twice and didn't get any response. We note have to get the car re- serviced elsewhere.

Dreadful business. Don't waste your time.

They measure the tread depth of tyres from ON TOP of the tread depth indicators!

They measure the tread depth of tyres from ON TOP of the tread depth indicators! This means that they falsely represent the tread depth as being 1.6 mm lower than it actually is. They don’t record the tread depth in fractions of millimetres, either; they just report whole millimetres. By doing this, customers will unwittingly replace new tyres. For example, with my tyres, they, without being asked, quoted me for new tyres when I had at least 3.5 mm of tread left.

appalling customer service

over the last 2 years i have had multiple issues with my vehicle, paid top dollar for servicing's that I have proof were not done, had my car in workshop for 3 months awaiting parts and now again engine lights on.

This is not my major issue with the company. It is their total disregard for customers and absolute lack of communication. I have attempted all of the following with no contact. I have rung and been told would be contacted, used their website email service-no reply, used online chat option - promises that someone would contact me, and i have accessed the emails of multiple managers from multiple departments from companies profile and emailed them all directly and i am being totally ignored. I dont have time to be coming into the various caryards and speak to jnr salesmen. I find it totally hard to believe that sooo many avenues of communication that are available are totally useless, and can only believe that this company is overtly ignoring customer issues, assuming they will go away.

Car issues happen, i understand that, but a company needs to stand by its product and treat its customers with respect.

If your car is fine and you never need to communicate with Westpoint, then you will be fine. But if you expect honest reliable servicing's, or you have an issue you need to communicate to them about, then you need to run far far from Westpoint Autos

took my money and ask me to wait for 2 years to install my cargo barrier, would not refund

took my money , promise me 2 weeks to install my cargo barrier and mat but after that 2 weeks, ask me to wait for 2 years to install my cargo barrier, would not refund when requested. They told me they do not know who to contact for refund.

Appalling customer service, horrific experience with Westpoint Autos

Horrific experience with Westpoint Auto customer service communication. I've had no car for a week now, and no communication indicating when I can expect it. I've lost count of the number of calls to them this week - 6 in 4 hours this morning - and they've called back 3 times this week - one of those was because I requested a call from the customer service team to leave feedback.



I'm taking my car elsewhere from now on for more thorough mechanical servicing and improved (any) communication and buying my own roadside assist. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Would give them no stars if possible. Worst customer service, rude sales, service and customer service people. HATE this place, makes me cringe and hate the thought of dealing with them or giving them money for "servicing" of my vehicle but don't want to lose my extended warranty. Steer clear!

Bought our new I30 active a bit over a month ago and was a bit worried after I read the above reviews about the service department. Our I 30 is great and goes like a dream. The service department were efficient, cheerful and prompt. I left it a week before posting this review. It is still going well and I could not be happier. Thank you Westside for a great little car and great service.

They totally stuffed my car,took it in for a major service(timing belt and service $1300 worth)only to have the timing belt totally slip from them leaving a foreign object in the timing cover which resulted in the valves being bent and the engine a write off!
Do not trust these people with your car servicing,they are incompetent and every service with them there has been a problem with the car after wards.i will be going to fair trading and a solicitor if the car is not the way it was before they stuffed it.

Do not get burnt, don't buy a car or have any work done by this hopeless dealership!

we like many here have had a very bad experience this week with this car yard, like many here we also found the same thing

we drove to car yard 4 days ago to look at a car that was not in. we were told it was due in and they would call us in a few days. They never did call us back. So today we decided to go back over and take a look at another car they said was in v,g,c when we arrived we. were shown the car and went for test drive. this car was anything from in V.G, C it was missing,the Air con was not working the way it should as it was not very cold, the passenger seat was not working the way it should. The airbag light was on and when told the salesman was not bothered about it and did not seem to care and said o its just a fuse and shrugged it off the body was grubby and paint scratch this was a $18,000 car.

we told him it was not what we wanted and said we are after the other car they said would be in. I was then told they will call us today before close to make a time to see the car. guess what. no call back again

so if this is how they treat you before buying a car though them. I would hate to see how we would be treated if we bought a car and had issues.. so we will not be going back

The only thing I would advise, is not to go here . or if you do go and want a car. do not take them at there word. gett the car looked over by R.A.C.Q or someone else that does pre sale inspections it just may save you a lot of money and heart break. I would be going to another car yard
