Reading these other reviews, I'm so glad to see I am not the only one. These guys do not return calls or emails, they shirk their responsibility as much as humanly possible, and I find the irony, in the names of their Complaints resolution and Customer Service teams, simply palpable.

In a weird way I kind of feel sorry for them - because I see that they are busy, they are, but I think the focus of their operations is misdirected from the core basics, of simple and effective customer service. If it weren't for the fact my car has to be serviced by them to maintain it's extended warranty, you'd see me run a mile.

Rude and not organized service department. I have had so many problems dealing with them it makes me sick to go near the place but I will void my extended warranty if we do not use there service department.

The salesmen at this dealership are unprofessional and incompetent. I am extremely unimpressed at the extent of lies they will sell just for the sake of selling a car. I travelled quite a distance to look at a vehicle that was in anything but the 'excellent' condition they described. A disappointing waste of my time.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone - they do not reply to any contact. I am still in the process of trying to have my conditional deposit returned to me.
If you make the decision to purchase through them, be prepared for a terrible experience.

This place is the worst possible dealership to purchase a car from. Never even step foot in the place is the best advice I can give anyone. The sales team are rude, uninviting and your typical car salesman. We have had nothing but broken promises and problems and they dont care and are not willing to help are rectify problems. every time I try to do this they are rude unhelpful and could care less. I am telling you now you will regret ever buying a car from this horrible and shameful car dealer.

I purchased a new car two weeks ago from this dealership only because they could supply earlier!
I am so sorry I did buy from them, as the whole experience was very under whelming!
I would never recommend them! They were unprofessional, lazy and in general the whole experience took away any excitement about buying a new car.
You get the feeling! They do not care anyway!

I would recommend to everyone not to go to them even by mistake. I have also a shocking and disappointing experience with westpoint. I bought a used car with 1 month warranty. In first time they they gave after 4 days , but on contract they put the date of when i bought the car. I didn't say anything but after 2 days the problems get started, the car started to stay at their garage , by saying 1 day repair they kept car for a week. Not only this , they said everything is ok now but again after 2 days drive, other same problems with addition came in front. Even i spend extra to show to an outside mechanic, he listed the problems. i went to Westpoint Autos, they said they will check. they checked then they said ok we fix it. i was telling the same from starting but at this point they said u were not telling in detail , now they understand by watching what the outside mechanic has written. Isn't it funny to say this. After they repaired nothing was resolved.. they kept for next 5 days. Within 30 days, i drive just for 8 days. I think they were just passing a month by keeping car in their and did nothing. I would just say i spoiled my dollars. Still it is having lots of problems with the car. I would just say them a rough. I am disappointed and dissatisfied. I 'll just recommend to everyone plz don't go to them ever if u want good service or buy anything from them. I 'll give them -ve marks whatever the less
