All jobs are covered by our workmanship warranty and any applicable manufacturer's warranty.
Do you use sub-contractors or your own plumbers & electricians?
All of our plumbers and electricians are full time employees personally selected by the business owner. When choosing new team members, they must meet very strict criteria before we employ them. They must be polite, friendly, tidy, clean, presentable, courteous and proud of the job they do. They are all focused on providing quality service. That's why we only rely on our own hand-picked team.
What is your "Royal Treatment Guarantee"?
Feeling respected, comfortable and in good hands is the key to peace of mind when you need a plumber or electrician — and only we offer our "Royal Treatment Guarantee". If we’re not polite, friendly and reliable, we’ll make it right with a “Limo and Bubbles Experience” (up to $200).
Do you charge extra for emergencies?
For emergency same-day service, we do have a $95 call-out, but we waive this when you proceed with any job during normal business hours - 7am-4pm, Monday through Friday. If your job is out of normal hours, it is a $95 call-out regardless of whether you proceed or not. This is to cover our technician's time away from family after hours.
What is your “We Clean or We Pay the Cleaner” Guarantee all about?
Hiring tradespeople who leave your home cleaner than they found it, is the key to stress-free repairs — and it’s only possible thanks to our “We Clean or We Pay the Cleaner” Guarantee (up to $200). So, if you feel our cleanup didn't meet with your expectations, we'll come back and clean up or we'll pay for your cleaner (up to $200).
How much will it cost?
If you are interested in hiring our team for a service, we will be glad to provide you with an upfront fair, accurate, and never-changing estimate for the works needed. We believe in true transparency of showing you the exact cost of each job before we start. That way, you will know the exact cost before we even start your job.
How long do I need to wait for a plumber or electrician?
That's up to you. If you have an emergency like burst sewer pipes, flooding, broken hot water system, we can be there 24/7. For less urgent jobs, we will do our best to fit in with your schedule.
Do you charge a callout?
The only time we charge a callout is when there's an after-hours emergency. For all other jobs, there is no callout cost. Which is great news for our clients new and old.

Tradies who value your time as much as you do are the key to hassle-free service — and only we back it with our “Clock’s Ticking, $10 Per Minute Late” Guarantee (up to $200). If we provide you with an arrival time, and we are late, we'll pay you $10 per minute for every minute we are running behind (up to $200).

Great and prompt job (N3319) and well priced within our budget

I would like to share my impression with the work carried out by Luke from Reactive Plumbing. The job number was N3248 and was in Lakelands, NSW. It involved relining of the joint section of two misaligned sewer pipe deep underground.
Luke carried out the work on time and on budget to very high standard. Furthermore, he explained to me in detail the rather complex technology utilised in the work and its benefits.
The quality of the work is supported by the 25 year warranty on the work which I find extraordinary.
I most definitely would recommend the services of Reactive Plumbing.

I recently had to have a section of sewer pipes replaced.I received same day service fom Matt who initially diagnosed the problem and was extremely honest and transparent in providing best solutions to assist in decision making for resolution of existing problem.
Then was Joey who came and did the had slog
the next day. There was no access do get an excavator so he had to clear ovegrown scrub dig a large trench by himself to replace pipes. Joey was extremely polite and explained things clearly and the work site was left clean an tidy.This guy deserves plumber of the year .
