All jobs are covered by our workmanship warranty and any applicable manufacturer's warranty.
Do you use sub-contractors or your own plumbers & electricians?
All of our plumbers and electricians are full time employees personally selected by the business owner. When choosing new team members, they must meet very strict criteria before we employ them. They must be polite, friendly, tidy, clean, presentable, courteous and proud of the job they do. They are all focused on providing quality service. That's why we only rely on our own hand-picked team.
What is your "Royal Treatment Guarantee"?
Feeling respected, comfortable and in good hands is the key to peace of mind when you need a plumber or electrician — and only we offer our "Royal Treatment Guarantee". If we’re not polite, friendly and reliable, we’ll make it right with a “Limo and Bubbles Experience” (up to $200).
Do you charge extra for emergencies?
For emergency same-day service, we do have a $95 call-out, but we waive this when you proceed with any job during normal business hours - 7am-4pm, Monday through Friday. If your job is out of normal hours, it is a $95 call-out regardless of whether you proceed or not. This is to cover our technician's time away from family after hours.
What is your “We Clean or We Pay the Cleaner” Guarantee all about?
Hiring tradespeople who leave your home cleaner than they found it, is the key to stress-free repairs — and it’s only possible thanks to our “We Clean or We Pay the Cleaner” Guarantee (up to $200). So, if you feel our cleanup didn't meet with your expectations, we'll come back and clean up or we'll pay for your cleaner (up to $200).
How much will it cost?
If you are interested in hiring our team for a service, we will be glad to provide you with an upfront fair, accurate, and never-changing estimate for the works needed. We believe in true transparency of showing you the exact cost of each job before we start. That way, you will know the exact cost before we even start your job.
How long do I need to wait for a plumber or electrician?
That's up to you. If you have an emergency like burst sewer pipes, flooding, broken hot water system, we can be there 24/7. For less urgent jobs, we will do our best to fit in with your schedule.
Do you charge a callout?
The only time we charge a callout is when there's an after-hours emergency. For all other jobs, there is no callout cost. Which is great news for our clients new and old.
What is your “Clock’s Ticking, $10 Per Minute Late” Guarantee?
Tradies who value your time as much as you do are the key to hassle-free service — and only we back it with our “Clock’s Ticking, $10 Per Minute Late” Guarantee (up to $200). If we provide you with an arrival time, and we are late, we'll pay you $10 per minute for every minute we are running behind (up to $200).

Adam worked tirelessly through the east coast low conditions to remove very old broken clay pipes and replace with new poly pipes. The completed work was professional, the yard left in an excellent condition. Very prompt same day callout. Both Adam, and Theran (preliminary quotes) were lovely, courteous men.

I rang Reactive Plumbing late in the afternoon regarding a minor toilet leak, and the job was allocated to 7am the following day. Jason arrived at 7am & examined the problem, wrote three options to fix the problem. I approved the repair & he imediately did the job ASAP. He was very friendly & professional & did an excellent job.

We were fortunate to have Adam attend to our blocked drain last night. Adam was a very polite young fella who was also knowledgeable and explained the process to fixing the problem. He worked in the dark and under extreme weather conditions. On completion Adam discussed how to alleviate further issues.We can’t recommend Adam and Reactive enough. (N2181) Paul & Kay

Knowledgeable, personable, reasonable pricing and a great job too. After paying a different mob for a service that they ‘fixed’, these guys came in, sorted the issue talked me through every element and removed all rubbish afterwards (I’ve never had that happen with any trade!) thank you for fixing the leak, installing the dishwasher and putting up with my crazy kelpie! It’s great to have found a plumber I can trust.

Can’t believe what great service we were given today by Theran. Turned out to be a simple problem but he then checked all our plumbing, hot water system and even checked the sewer line. Will definitely use this company again and will be recommending them to friends.
