A pleasure to deal with, Jane and Morgan made my first interactions with the company so pleasant I will be using them for all my Air-con services and repairs.

Very pleased with the service provided by Morgan today. Took time to properly identify the cause of the problems we were experiencing with our AC (not initially installed by Ben Rafferty). Carefully explained the cause and the solution in terms I understood, and then took the steps to remedy the problem. And the invoice was reasonable. Polite and pleasant to deal with.

After having tried to use someone who was recommended on our local community Facebook group who took weeks to reply to phone calls/texts (or never replied at all on one occasion), it was a pleasant surprise to talk to Jane on the phone when I finally rang Ben Rafferty Air & Electrical, after having read the great reviews.
Firstly, I was impressed with the professionalism and transparency - Jane outlined the call out fee, half hourly rate plus cost of parts etc during this initial phone call. Jane was able to immediately confirm a date when the maintenance and repair of our home ducted aircon would take place, as well as the name of the tradesperson who would be attending.
Morgan messaged me on the morning to inform me of the arrival time. I found Morgan to be prompt, professional and confident in his knowledge of our air con system. He was able to quickly discover what the problem was, repaired what he could on the day and organised to have another part ordered in.
Morgan was thorough in his work and his explanation of exactly what our problems were and what he did (and would do) to rectify the situation. There were no surprises with the cost of today's service.
I was very happy with the entire process and couldn't recommend Ben Rafferty Air & Electrical highly enough.

In 2004, Ben installed two air conditioners which have been great. When I went online to request a service call, I was thrilled to see how successful his company had become! The prompt, friendly and efficient response from the office manager, Jane, the 30 minute text prior and detailed service with many smiles from Morgan, together with the reasonable charge are obvious reasons for this success. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben Rafferty Air and Electrical!

Fantastic job with my air conditioning installed with minimum fuss or mess. The team were punctual, professional, efficient and really pleasant to deal with as is everyone who works at Ben Rafferty's Air and Electrical. I am really happy with the work. I had air conditioning installed with Ben Rafferty's about 10 years ago in my previous home. That was a great job too and there is no way I would consider using any other firm. Definitely recommend them.

I don't normally write reviews but I had such a fantastic experience with the installation of 3 split systems with Ben Rafferty Air & Electric. The team were professional, highly skilled, efficient and great to deal with. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Matthew arrived on time to investigate our malfunctioning Daikin air conditioner. He identified the problem in a few minutes, informed us of the expected repair costs and advised me to contact the main office to schedule the repair. All went smoothly and surprisingly quickly considering the time of year. Ben returned as promised and completed the repair. All working smoothly now. Ben Rafferty is always my first call and they never disappoint. Efficient, pleasant to deal with and well priced. Couldn't recommend more highly.
