Ben Rafferty Air and Electrical

I previously had my two air conditionings units installed by Ben Rafferty Air about 7 years and still remember with happiness the amazing job they did.

Recently had Ben out to do a service and had a great experience; fast, friendly, neat and explained everything (including need to clean the filters).

Could not recommend Ben Rafferty Air more highly.

Helpful, friendly and polite by both phone and in person. Would recommend!

I seldom leave reviews but I wanted to take the time to do so due to the excellent level of service and good communication I have received from the Ben Rafferty team.



We had two split and one ducted air conditioning unit to service. The two split had no issues but Daniel from Ben Rafferty did an amazing job of fixing a leak in the ducted - a very tricky job due to restricted access. If this had not been fixed we would have been looking at a replacement unit and a much larger cost. Big lesson learned for us is to clean our filters ever six months and get the units serviced regularly!



Jane and team at the office were also great on communication with myself and Daniel.



I would highly recommend BR for any air con serving or replacement.

Absolutely professional, polite, and efficient. I would give 6 stars if I could. I love their philosophy of turning up with a small army of installers who comlpete all the work in as short a timeframe as possible. Additionally, they were informative about options, they asked questions when I had a decision to make, they were easy to contact. I would also like to mention Jane in the office who responds to emails and phone calls very quickly and with full access to all necessary information. The final product is a neat installation of a set of AC units, with minimal mess and disruption.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Professional staff; great product and competitive pricing. Staff who attended home efficient, polite and clean. Follow up services re small issue efficient and swift. Abolutely recommend.
