Cost $900 Inc carpet clean. Went for the "end of lease clean" and they told me after the realerstate got in touch walls and windows were not included. Didn't clean above aircon, didn't clean the range hood, left rubbish down the side of the house.

For the price the house should be sparkling clean.

Will never use your services again.

After receiving a quote for an end of lease clean ($300) for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, the cleaner arrived 40 minutes late and did a VERY brief walk through. He kept adding on extra costs, stating the oven, walls and windows were “extra” despite them being included in the whole original quote. He then said it will be $675!

He stated the property was “in poor condition” which is COMPLETELY false. We had had an inspection a week earlier and passed with flying colours (as with every inspection that I clean for myself) and have also had no issues with any other cleaner for previous premises we’ve lived. He refused to begin until I paid him double what I was quoted. When questioned, he laughed at me and said “that is just what it costs”. I had no time left to get anyone else so I had to proceed. I took off the oven clean as it was clean any way, paid the $595 and left. Upon returning to the property when he was finished, it looked okay but he would not allow me to go inside as the carpet was wet. I went back to the property the next day only to find the floor filthy, the window tracks, skirting boards and light switches not cleaned, the shower and bathroom half cleaned, range hood still greasy (it looked clean but absolutely did not feel it) and the floor sticky and greasy (it was NOT like that before at all) despite him specifically telling me he had done these things. I had to spend my day, recleaning the house and doing the things that he had not done. For $600, it should be sparkling!!!

So disappointed and will be asking for AT LEAST half my money back, considering he did a half job.

Watch out for their end of lease clean, does not include the things you need most like marks on walls. Things I had asked specifically to be cleaned such as exhaust fan in bathroom was not done. cupboards missed, tops of power points not cleaned. They were an hours and a half late getting there which mucked up my whole evening. A lot of money for a substandard job.

DO NOT USE!! Terrible Job. Was quoted by cleaner after a walk around to be shown what was done $300. This was a price i was given at the job by their cleaner after showing him what was to be done. 100 % bond back guarantee LOL. When we called to complain about poor job we were repeatedly told you get what you pay for - my partner was actually told "You paid for a holden and you want a Rolls Royce". Nope - just wanted what I paid for, my house is actually dirtier after they left. The manager was rude and indignant. I have submitted a verbal and written complaint to consumer affairs along with 46 photos of the "100% bond back guarantee" clean that I received. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Worst customer service I have ever received. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to see photos of this job - more than happy to share so you don't go through the same headache as I have. Have not had any rectification of the situation - they want us to pay extra for someone to come re-do their bad job. And basically told me my expectations are too high.

The manager also told me it's impossible to clean oil off a rangehood. And that removing the dead flies in my window tracks was not part of the Window track cleaning that is 1. stated on their website and 2. communicated to their cleaner. Absolutely laughable.

This cleaning business should be shut down.

The boss Peter is very unprofessional and does not have his clients best interest at heart.

I booked in cheap as chips to vacate clean my property including steam cleaning of carpets . The process to book seemed rushed and not much time sent asking questions about the house before giving me a price. At the time I was happy cause it was one less stress to worrie about in the moving process . However, cheap as chips in my opinion is to give a cheap price when booking in , and hike it on the day they attend the property when you have no other option but to go with them. I have used cleaners 3 other times to vacate clean my house and never had this experience and the house was left in the same state all all occasions so to claim the house was in a bad state is not a relevant excuse for them to use . The price went form 380 to 760 on the spot and I had no other option but to use them or do it myself ( I had no time in my busy schedule to do this)



On example that really got to me is the price hike on the carpets ( no stains visible ) she asked me if the carpets had been steam cleaned in the last year ( I only lived in the house for 12 months so they where steam cleaned 13 months ago) I said just over and she said in that case the carpets will have to have a deep clean. I don’t think many people would have there carpets cleaned any more often then that at best. And I also know other cleaners I have used have never hiked the steam clean price with that reasoning .



I have lost a lot of money on this experience and I just hope I can help even one person by leaving this review please consider other cleaners



I will say they house was cleaned well but in my experience it costed double what it should have fpr the same standard

I’m not usually one to put up reviews but with the horrible customer service we have received I have to advise you all - We used cheap as chips for our moving out clean - they quoted a price we accepted it after they ran through the list of things that were included. My husband had to call the company when the cleaners were at our home as they were not doing what they listed, the company then called the cleaners and asked them to clean it correctly and they apologised and went back to work. Then to our shock when went to check the end result, it’s was awful, so many things not done, the windows were filthy as per picture, the floor had sticky residue all over it, they didn’t even clean under the bathroom vanity’s, there were parts of the house that were completely ignored, the light fittings were not cleaned as advised, the range hood was not cleaned at all. I had to take photos and email them to the owner Peter, he called asking what I would like done about it, i advised that we should be compensated some how and he was very rude and not professional at all, he advised me that we got it at a very cheap rate and there was no way he was going to help. I have now taken this matter further. First time using “professional” cleaners and I’m sorry I did as I had to spend 4 hours cleaning up after them!

They quote one figure over the phone then ends up being nearly double as you have to pay before cleaning starts. I asked for all walls to be cleaned & they only wiped spots on the wall. So you can imagine how the walled looks later.

When I called to speak to the Manger to complain he said the walls would cost more and refused to do a completed clean. Would only fix other area’s the told me to think about it and hung up. Very poor customer service.

Windows not cleaned properly also.
