What's the difference between coverage and reception?
Coverage is a predicted level of digital TV signal strength, while the reception is the quality of the signal that your TV actually receives. For example, if your TV is not connected to an antenna, it may not be able to receive the TV signal, even if you are in a good coverage area.
The picture is breaking up on my TV what could be the problem?
Digital antenna systems can break down due to interference, faulty antenna boosters, faulty antennas, loose antenna connections, coaxial cable faults and co-transmitter interference. I can test your antenna system with my digital antenna analyser and advise the best way in which to move forward.

We had Steve come out and fix our TV reception issues. He was very friendly and professional. He came when he said he would (Unlike other companies I tried who didn't even turn up), he was motivated and knowledgable about his work and he fixed the issue within half hour.
Its not often you get genuine tradies like this so I was more than happy to give these guys a plug.

We had months of frustration with poor reception in bad weather and other odd times. Steve gave us professional advice and service, and we have had perfect reception, even in storms.
I can't deduct half a star for the rubbish left behind, and the reception is perfect, so 5 stars it is.

I just used Connex to repair a TV outlet socket, and, to solve a poor internet connection problem with my computer. Right from the first phone call I found this Company to be friendly, helpful and efficient. Steve suggested, instead of moving my modem, which could cause problems for my other computers, he instead install direct data cabling - something I'd never thought of. He gave me a quote and arrived promptly the next day. He was courteous and got the job done in no time. He even repaired the TV wall socket for FREE. The computer now works fine, as does the TV. I'd definitely use this Company again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing antenna or cabling services.
