What's the difference between coverage and reception?
Coverage is a predicted level of digital TV signal strength, while the reception is the quality of the signal that your TV actually receives. For example, if your TV is not connected to an antenna, it may not be able to receive the TV signal, even if you are in a good coverage area.
The picture is breaking up on my TV what could be the problem?
Digital antenna systems can break down due to interference, faulty antenna boosters, faulty antennas, loose antenna connections, coaxial cable faults and co-transmitter interference. I can test your antenna system with my digital antenna analyser and advise the best way in which to move forward.

Steve arrived at the time he promised (after also calling 20 min out), listened to and understood my aerial issues, diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me a selection of options with costs. He didn't push me to the expensive options, but was willing to work with my existing antenna and mast to get me up and running.
As it happened I chose replacements for my blown el-cheapo amplifier and my weak el-cheapo aerial, which he installed and tested within the time promised. Now have a very strong signal and all channels in a suburb that has notoriously flaky reception.
Reasonable price from an expert, efficient and personable technician - exactly what I was looking for.

I called Wednesday morning and, Steve, the technician who spoke with me was very courteous and from his discussion he seemed to be experienced in his field.
he politely explained that he was quite busy on the day but that he would do his best to attend in the afternoon.
He did indeed, even though i did not hear the phone...yep!!!!...well you know, those elder blokes with failing hearing (lol).... anyway after a short time the problem was rectified and I must thank him heaps firstly in making his best to attend to me on the day but also in his professionalism.

Called in late on Sunday, was at my house first thing Monday morning. Explained what needed to be done and what it would cost. No BS or trickery just honest work. Had the antenna installed within an hour with no fuss or drama. Service was fantastic and Steve who was the installer was a down to earth and skilled AV installer. Would highly recommend Connex Antenna to anyone who needs a solution to any AV issue or project.
