I am very happy I made the phone call to Nulife TV!
I called them in the morning and was greeted by a very friendly person who let me know the technician could see me in the afternoon. They called me about 20 minutes ahead of time to tell me when the technician was on the way and Mark came out and was very very professional and explained everything very clearly to me before he did the work. The price was reasonable and I was back with perfect reception within hours of my initial call.

After a sour taste with a few calls to antenna services, I was left smiling after calling Nulife TV. I was greeted courteously on the phone and within minutes my appointment was booked for the next day.
As it was for my elderly mother, they gave me a call with a quote and even offered me a pensioners discount knowing I was the one paying for the job.
Within a few hours everything was fixed and it was a ery very smooth experience.

I had Robert come out and see me yesterday and he was fantastic!
Not only did he do a great job and get my reception restored to perfection, he was also very knowledgeable and ran through everything with me before he started the job. The price was also very very reasonable and he gave me a discount because I was a senior.

I was very impressed with the great level of customer service i received when i had called considering i don't know much about TV's and Antennas. The lady on the phone was really helpful and understanding of my desperation to be able to watch TV again. I couldn't believe that they were able to send someone out on the same day. In addition the technician was very polite and informative. Overall i was really happy with my experience and i would highly recommend Nulife TV Antennas. Don't bother searching any where else!
