Chemist Warehouse Head Office

Chemist Warehouse is a disgrace. I bought a Kylie Jenner gift set in Melbourne on the 29th of November as a Xmas present for my daughter. Unfortunately it was a double up Xmas present. I went to refund it today in Geelong and the supervisor of the store would not refund/exchange the item despite the gift-set being in the original packaging, in a chemist warehouse bag as well as accompanied by a receipt as proof of purchase!! The supervisor of the store told me that I had it for too long - that if I had bought it last week I could have received a refund! Then she proceeded to tell me that because she didn’t know how I stored it she wouldn’t give me a refund! Then she told me that if I took it back to the store of purchase ( in Melbourne - another hour away) that I might get a refund! She also told me that I should have read their terms and conditions which are NOT printed on their receipt!

So many ambiguities Chemist Warehouse!! Nothing this woman said really made sense at all!! Additionally the supervisor snapped at me and told me that chemist warehouse was not like most stores that allow a little grace time over the Xmas period for refunds/exchanges. This seemed to be the only information that she was convincing of!! I totally agree, Chemist warehouse is definitely not like any other stores! This woman made me feel like I was a criminal trying to wrought the system!! On reflection - I should have asked her to tell me how long chemist warehouse had the gift set in their warehouse for as well as how long the product had been on the shelves in the Melbourne store. I should have also requested that she provide documentation explaining how the product was stored since it was produced!! Chemist warehouse you are an absolute disgrace and your Geelong store supervisor is lacking in customer service skills!!!

Chemist Warehouse in Cottesloe, WA, should be avoided at all costs - the young, non- pharmacist manager Nathan is arguably the most rudest, condescending shop assistant I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter.

Experienced a pharmacist speak to three women before me very rudely and condescendingly. After witnessing these counteractions I was to scared to approach the pharmacist. She was rude, curt, impolite, condescending and very dismissive. Will not seek medical advice from this organization again. Would rather go to another pharmacy pay full price and receive polite and courteous service which is what I did.

Two weeks ago I went to Chemist warehouse Ludmilla NT, to pick up prescriptions for my husband and me. At the checkout counter the young man serving me told me I had some prescriptions still on order. I told him that I didn’t believe that to be the case as all my prescriptions have been filled. He said “no I must go and see the chemist”. He raced off and left me standing there for a very long time. As my sick husband was waiting for me out in the car I decided to go and find him. He was down having a long conversation with the chemist. I asked what the heck was going on, and was told that I had not paid the full amount for my prescriptions last month and that I would have to pay extra today. I found this hard to believe as the same thing happened to me with my April prescription payment. They had told me exactly the same thing that I had not been charged the full amount the previous month. How can this happen twice in as many months to the same customer. I paid the extra but was not happy. I rang the chemist when I got home and told him that my bill didn’t make sense as I had been charged different prices for the same medications and it was very confusing. He said he would speak to his staff to make sure I never have this situation happen again. I told him it won’t ever happen to me again because I will never shop at Chemist Warehouse again. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.

My daughter and 10 year old granddaughter are regular shoppers at the chemist warehouse in Weir Views Victoria . Yesterday they went to fill a script and two of the staff who were packing shelves, began speaking in their own language physically pointing at my granddaughter then laughing at my granddaughter . My daughter paid for her items then once in the car my granddaughter began crying and only then told her mother what had just happened in the store . My daughter dropped her child at home then returned to the shop asking to talk to the manager who she was told wasn’t in . My daughter relayed what had happened to this staff member who said the two women in question had just left but to come back and report to the manager today. Which she did only to have the manager deny employing staff at f this particular language, then saying she did have the staff but they didn’t know their own language then she claimed she had been in store and those workers were not there that day… so despite staff witnesses she decided the best way to deal with this was to imply my grabdaughter and daughter were lying? She said she’d check the camera footage and calm my daughter which of course she did not . I’ve always found your company below par but belittling and bullying children is something even I didn’t expect and I’ll be taking it further . Just pathetic

I bought reading glass's from the logan hyperdome store and realised I bought the wrong ones so I took them back with receipt and undamaged.

I was told that because I wore them that they are now deemed medically unsafe to change.

I told them that I can't use them and I will have to throw them in the bin and they said that's what you will have to do.

I am now $40 less off and can't afford to get glass,s now I have go without.



So due to this all the glass's that are tried on before buying by a customer have to be thrown out as they are not medically safe for customers anymore

Purchased olmesartan multiple times with multiple prices. It is on the pbs & should be $6-70 for 2 months on the pension. But each time is a different price. First $6-70, then $14-70 whic i questioned & was told it was not fully covered by pbs,then 17-98 which i again questioned & the lass changed the label to $6-70 when i persisted & was about to see the manager. I wrote, online form to chemist warehouse & that is even worse. First time, I received an auto reply with a ref number, but it was a no reply email. Saying they would look into it & get back to me. A couple of days later i receive an email referring to another email which i have not receive, apparently seeking further information. I don't know what as I gave full information on the online form. Thinking it an error I let it go. Yesterday I received an email 'final reminder' to answer the supposed questioned. Also a no-reply email. But I don't know what as there has not been any. I filled out another online form & am ringing head office as soon as they open today. This is unacceptable to not have any way of emailing them direct. Not good enough Chemist Warehouse. Get the prices correct & be able to be contactable for issues.

On the 21st June 2024, I went shopping at Chemist Warehouse on Beamish St Campsie. I bought 3 items, then proceeded to check out. I tapped, but they wanted my PIN. I said but it’s under $100. I said cancel it and I’ll do it again. So I tried tapping again, but it asked for my PIN again ??? So I put my PIN and she asked if I wanted a receipt, to which I replied yes. Then she tells me that I am getting a $3 cash out. To which I replied, I didn’t ask for a cash out. To which she replied, it was an accident and I made a mistake. If I didn’t ask for a receipt, then I wouldn’t have found out that I was ripped off $3.
