Vermont shop of chemist warehouse in Brentford square shopping centre. RIP OFF LIES AND DECEIT

Lousy tesponse to a product returned because staff poihted to wrong pruduct to a 79 year dIsabilied old pensioner who purchased the product and was over cgarged.

Pensioner went back next day and showed untouched and still sealed vitams pills to counter staff. Was treated with CONTEMPT AND DISTAIN.

Woman cane to counter said she was store manager and basically told pensioner no refund no refund no refund. Pennsioner was then directed to rear of shop where another man in white coat says he is manager not woman at front. Says they have video of purchase 24 hours before and staff person did not indicate the product and persioner selected it them selves.

The man says go see head office in Preston

Pensioner goe home distressed and rings head office. They say its not our fault because each chemist shop us a franchise and they sort out their own problems.

Prnsioner then calls shopbin vermont abd told owner is in Sydney. Penioner told not to come vack to stored as police may be called if the pensioner comes back again for refund.

Appalling staff who lie abd treat old people badly

Shockingly invasive security search of 64 year old regular customer who had just spent money at counter as she was leaving the store. This occurred at Darwin GPO branch of Chemist Warehouse on 15.2.24. Two men, who did not idenfy themselves as security, demanded to inspect bags and that I pull everyrhing out of my handbag - purse, lipstick and everything in every pocket . I shop there every week, buying a big range of products, having my immunisations there also. While I understand there is a need for security if the door alarms are activated but this was not the case, I never got that far! When I rang store manager to complain I was told they had a right becsuse I 'looked suspicious'! Disgusting treatment of customers by a company who is owned by people who became wealthy on the back of customers spending money there. Well, you have lost this one and I will ensure many others hear of this shocking experience.

My name is Stana Gliogorevic . I am permanent part time employee at Chemist Warehouse Point Cook where is David Tadros business' owner. Five years ago I had back surgery. Three years I am employed by Chemist Warehouse Point Cook. I never had any job modification for job performing as I worked on cash register and I did not need any. Last week David Tadros call me in his office. He said to me: You must work everything as other employee if you can not and your back is problem look for other job. This is rule of my business'. He started putting me on hardest shift in dispensary where is fast pace bending. As I live myself and I am dependent of solo income I was scared to say no. Consequence of few shifts are that I am now in bed and can not move on as well a on very high inflammatory medication which can be extra dangerous on my kidneys so I am taking blood pressure medication. Doctor gave me starlight away a month of sick leave. It seems there have been a similar cases before me but people who work there are scared to talk about. I urge on Chemist Warehouse to investigate endangering my health and breaking of law and contracts by witch we are employed by Chemist Warehouse. I urge for Chemist Warehous now pay expenses I will have taking steps for back recovery like a physio massage and water therapy witch are necessary for me to be mobile again as before.

Cna someone please tell me why is Dimetapp nasa spray restricted in your store? According to your shop assitant manager in Sunbury Evans Street store only 1 item per customer is allowed as per TGA!!!! . I am myself a pharmacist and I am not aware of this.

There was not sign on the shelf next to the item stating this restriction and also nothing on your online site.

I went next door to Amcal Pharmacy and I was able to buy 3 Dimetapp nasal sprays with no restrictions.

Why CW has restriction on this??????

I am a regular customer,today the 31st of January I went there around 8.30 pm to buy Strepsils as I was experiencing sore throat,the product label price displayed for the product was $7.49 but at the counter they charged me $8.49,as I walked out I noticed the discrepancy ,went back to the display made sure the price was $7.49 and then went back to the counter,a worker then walked with me to the display checked the price($7.49) removed the label went back to the counter talked to a co worker and insisted the price they charged was right and refused to pay back the excess $! coming out with silly excuses... It is not the Dollar,it's the principle I was reasoning out with them,just imagine how many innocent customers would have paid a higher price without checking the invoice and there may be many other items with discrepancy in prices.All this sad episode would have been recorded in their Camera.I repeat it is not the $ it is the principle these people have to follow,all this happened at their Clayton Branch

Management is very fast to resolve any issues and reach out.

I had an absolutely disgusting experience today, I was refused service by one of your pharmacist's as I had too many prescriptions. Never in my life as someone refused to fill my scripts. Absolutely disgraceful, you have lost me as a customer

Found website hard to navigate and confusing, as some items will be delivered, others not. Does not show whether item is in stock or not.

Promise of same day delivery, as items did not arrive after two business days I called and was told I had missed pressing a button. I went with the service agent through creating an online order, there was no special box to tick, just the promise of same day delivery. The order had not even left the warehouse and was going to be sent via Australia Post!

This was urgent medication required for daughter in quarantine, not receiving it could have caused an emergency situation.

This is the second time I was let down by this company, the first time I spoke to the local store manager, as on the site delivery is promised but not available in every area from every store, which is not apparent until after order is placed.

Don't use their delivery service , it is a false promise.

10% off store wide with exemptions. Does not state purfume excusions on posters splashed everywhere. Would not obligate sale as the response was they have the right even if its not on the posters with 10% off SW. Needs to be stipulated on posters saying purfume excluded. CWH is a joke. False advertising

I was refused service in Sale today because i only wore a faceshield I have a dr. excemtion to wear a facemask bacause of health reasons . and was spoken to by a very rude asssistent in the shop . I am 80 years old and it took a while for me to get to the cemist to then be treated like that .I dont know what changed from laste friday to today as I shopped in your shop for christmass presents then with out any trouble . I am never ruud to anyone and ecspect the same from other people thank you I would love to hear back from you . by the way we have had no covid in Sale at all .xxx
