      I can't find exactly what I'm after, can you make something for me?

      Absolutely! Please contact us by phone or email, and we will happily make something suitably special for your recipient.


      What time will the flowers arrive?

      Flowers are delivered via specialist couriers, between 9am and 6pm (before 5pm for business addresses). If you order at least a day before your delivery date you have a 'before noon' option available. Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Our couriers do three runs per day, one at 8am, one at 11am and one at 2pm. If you place an order before 2pm we can have it delivered on the same day. Please see our delivery section for more details.


      Can I add teddy bears/chocolates etc. with my order?

      Flowers are great, but are even better with Chocolates! So as you checkout, you will be given options to add extras such as Teddy bears, Balloons and Chocolates to your order.


      What happens if there is nobody at home when the flowers arrive?

      The flowers will be left in a safe, cool place if the courier is able. If the courier is unable to leave the flowers we will contact you to see if you have any further instructions, please be aware that if we need to redeliver the flowers at a later time or date, a redelivery fee may be applicable.


      Why don't you deliver to certain suburbs/states?

      To keep delivery charges at a reasonable standard flat rate we have had to limit delivery to suburbs within 20km of Melbourne City via the website. However, if you need delivery outside of these areas, or would like to deliver interstate or overseas, please give us a call, as we have the facilities to arrange delivery to almost anywhere in the world.


      Where are you located?

      We are an online florist and as such are not open to the public, this allows us to help keep prices low. If you would like to send correspondence, our office address is 45B Quinn Street, Preston VIC 3072, Australia. All flowers are sent from our location in Doncaster, Melbourne.


      Why do you have a limited range?

      We have limited our range on the website to make ordering as quick and easy as possible. We want you to spend less time on our website and more time getting on with the many other things you need to do. If you need something bigger, all arrangements can be upgraded on the 'details' page, and if you would like something completely different, please give us a call and ask on (03) 9999 7997.


      What about quality?

      We stand by our quality. The flowers we send out are fresh, premium quality flowers. All bouquets are sent out in bud form to ensure freshness and longer life, so your recipient will be able to enjoy them for longer.


      What delivery method do you use?

      We use specialist couriers with temperature controlled vans for our deliveries, each delivery is hand delivered to your recipients door or place of business.

      I have ordered numerous flowers across the years for both business and personal reasons, and I have to say, I have always been blown over by Flowers Across Melbourne, their timeliness, their personal service, the beauty of their arrangements, and the quality and freshness of their flowers.

      I made a last minute booking this morning for a delivery outside of the city - I understood that there were certain guarantees, however still requested for my delivery to arrive by particular time. FAM were very quick to acknowledge my booking and to also take the time to advise me that, despite doing everything they can to ensure my request, they could not guarantee this - I was happy AND grateful for the prompt communication. I wrote back to acknowledge this and advised that I was grateful for them reaching and, and also doing their best. They were able to delivery in the timeframe I requested and the recipient was happy with her flowers - THANK YOU for your fabulous customer care, prompt service, and great communication!

      I used 'hampers across Melbourne' to buy a special gift for my brother in law. It was the perfect gift for a man. It was called ‘Morning & Night’ which included beautiful coffee, expresso martini and lovely face cream. Not only were the actual products lovely, the customer service was amazing. I accidently put the order in twice and Ellouise came back to me immediately telling me she cancelled that order and had reimbursed me. No drama! It was so quick and easy. The package also arrived quickly and safely. Thanks so much!

      Excellent! Not only were the flowers beautiful, but they have a section where you can add something else (eg. biscuits - delicious!). They were delivered on time to the right person, even though I ordered from a different state. I was a bit worried about selecting 'florists choice' for the arrangement I selected, but it was great. The flowers were bright, colourful and perfect. The website was easy to use, and I recieved constant updates via email about the delivery of the flowers. I would highly recommend Flowers across Melbourne for anyone (and will be using them again!).

      Absolutely fantastic!! My brother and his fiance have recently moved to Point Cook and this will be their first Christmas away from our family in Ireland.
