I can't find exactly what I'm after, can you make something for me?
Absolutely! Please contact us by phone or email, and we will happily make something suitably special for your recipient.
What time will the flowers arrive?
Flowers are delivered via specialist couriers, between 9am and 6pm (before 5pm for business addresses). If you order at least a day before your delivery date you have a 'before noon' option available. Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Our couriers do three runs per day, one at 8am, one at 11am and one at 2pm. If you place an order before 2pm we can have it delivered on the same day. Please see our delivery section for more details.
Can I add teddy bears/chocolates etc. with my order?
Flowers are great, but are even better with Chocolates! So as you checkout, you will be given options to add extras such as Teddy bears, Balloons and Chocolates to your order.
What happens if there is nobody at home when the flowers arrive?
The flowers will be left in a safe, cool place if the courier is able. If the courier is unable to leave the flowers we will contact you to see if you have any further instructions, please be aware that if we need to redeliver the flowers at a later time or date, a redelivery fee may be applicable.
Why don't you deliver to certain suburbs/states?
To keep delivery charges at a reasonable standard flat rate we have had to limit delivery to suburbs within 20km of Melbourne City via the website. However, if you need delivery outside of these areas, or would like to deliver interstate or overseas, please give us a call, as we have the facilities to arrange delivery to almost anywhere in the world.
Where are you located?
We are an online florist and as such are not open to the public, this allows us to help keep prices low. If you would like to send correspondence, our office address is 45B Quinn Street, Preston VIC 3072, Australia. All flowers are sent from our location in Doncaster, Melbourne.
Why do you have a limited range?
We have limited our range on the website to make ordering as quick and easy as possible. We want you to spend less time on our website and more time getting on with the many other things you need to do. If you need something bigger, all arrangements can be upgraded on the 'details' page, and if you would like something completely different, please give us a call and ask on (03) 9999 7997.
What about quality?
We stand by our quality. The flowers we send out are fresh, premium quality flowers. All bouquets are sent out in bud form to ensure freshness and longer life, so your recipient will be able to enjoy them for longer.
What delivery method do you use?
We use specialist couriers with temperature controlled vans for our deliveries, each delivery is hand delivered to your recipients door or place of business.

This is the first time I have used Flowers Across Melbourne and I would like to say I will definitely be using it again. What fabulous service they provide! Delivery within a few hours, and I received a photo of the flowers I had delivered (Florist's choice) and they were stunning. I was so happy with everything, service was incredible, correspondence was to the highest degree and I even received an email to notify me of delivery! Superb! I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Living overseas away from friends and family is so hard, especially when you're missing out on birthdays and other special days. With Flowers Across Melbourne I was able to speedily send a gorgeous and affordable bunch of flowers to my family that was delivered the very next day after purchase. I ordered some flowers from overseas for my friend to be delivered to a Melbourne office last week, and it was a smooth, hassle free experience - not to mention the flowers were gorgeous! I ordered them online including the relevant details and they were delivered on time, and then a follow up email was sent to advise who they had been left with at reception. I selected a surprise bunch of bright coloured flowers of the florists choice and they were stunning. My friend was so happy with the flowers, consequently I couldn't recommend the service more highly. Thanks again. Danielle

Ordered the Roses & Lilies for delivery on my Mum's birthday. They were delivered around lunch time (great time, not too early, not too late) superb service, great value and excellent quality! Lily buds were delivered completely closed, which means Mum can enjoy them for longer. Each stem had an individual water capsule.
Will be using F.A.M. from now on.

I live in the United States and I was looking for a florist that could deliver some flowers to my sister who lives in Melbourne. She was having a particularly rough day and I wanted them to be delivered the same day as I ordered them. Not only did Flowers Across Melbourne delivered them the same day, they got them to her in about 2 hours and emailed me a personal confirmation when she had received them.
