I can't find exactly what I'm after, can you make something for me?
Absolutely! Please contact us by phone or email, and we will happily make something suitably special for your recipient.
What time will the flowers arrive?
Flowers are delivered via specialist couriers, between 9am and 6pm (before 5pm for business addresses). If you order at least a day before your delivery date you have a 'before noon' option available. Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Our couriers do three runs per day, one at 8am, one at 11am and one at 2pm. If you place an order before 2pm we can have it delivered on the same day. Please see our delivery section for more details.
Can I add teddy bears/chocolates etc. with my order?
Flowers are great, but are even better with Chocolates! So as you checkout, you will be given options to add extras such as Teddy bears, Balloons and Chocolates to your order.
What happens if there is nobody at home when the flowers arrive?
The flowers will be left in a safe, cool place if the courier is able. If the courier is unable to leave the flowers we will contact you to see if you have any further instructions, please be aware that if we need to redeliver the flowers at a later time or date, a redelivery fee may be applicable.
Why don't you deliver to certain suburbs/states?
To keep delivery charges at a reasonable standard flat rate we have had to limit delivery to suburbs within 20km of Melbourne City via the website. However, if you need delivery outside of these areas, or would like to deliver interstate or overseas, please give us a call, as we have the facilities to arrange delivery to almost anywhere in the world.
Where are you located?
We are an online florist and as such are not open to the public, this allows us to help keep prices low. If you would like to send correspondence, our office address is 45B Quinn Street, Preston VIC 3072, Australia. All flowers are sent from our location in Doncaster, Melbourne.
Why do you have a limited range?
We have limited our range on the website to make ordering as quick and easy as possible. We want you to spend less time on our website and more time getting on with the many other things you need to do. If you need something bigger, all arrangements can be upgraded on the 'details' page, and if you would like something completely different, please give us a call and ask on (03) 9999 7997.
What about quality?
We stand by our quality. The flowers we send out are fresh, premium quality flowers. All bouquets are sent out in bud form to ensure freshness and longer life, so your recipient will be able to enjoy them for longer.
What delivery method do you use?
We use specialist couriers with temperature controlled vans for our deliveries, each delivery is hand delivered to your recipients door or place of business.

I had never ordered flowers online before, I found the website was as straightforward as you can get, pictures and prices straight away without any time wasted searching through various options. Payment was also simple.
The day of delivery the recipient wasn't at work where the flowers were being sent, I was called immediately and the employee who I spoke with offered to deliver them to her house the following day at no extra charge.
Based on my experience I will be buying from this company again, and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family who are looking to send flowers. I was so impressed by the fact that it was no extra hassle to redeliver them that I spent the time to create a profile on here just to be able to leave this review.

Great value for a thoughtful way of showing someone you care or to congratulate them on a special occasion. Flowers are fresh, beautifully arranged in creative combinations with a flair. The website is a very useful and easy way of selecting and ordering. Pictures do give a real idea of the actual bouquet, simple bunch or an elaborate arrangement. The Pink Rose Vase is perfection in most simple and delicate way.

The roses that were delivered were not the colours that were ordered online. For the price I paid, it was very small and the worst part was that the quality of the roses didn't last the second day. I have contacted them to let them know my disappointment mostly with the colour but it was simply ignored. All I got was you should check the invoice. Perhaps there was a computer glitch on the website or perhaps your website is not very user friendly but I am sure I have selected the correct colour option. I will never order here again. I have ordered at other websites before and they were far better quality so this would be my first and last order at Flowers Across Melbourne.

What amazing customer service! I have used Flowers Across Melbourne twice now and both times the product and service have been second to none.
The first time they couldn't deliver as the recipient wasn't home and there was no safe place to leave them. The driver was so patient with me trying to contact them and was happy to return the next day and try again at no extra cost.
The second time I ordered flowers I stupidly got my hospitals mixed up, and to cut a long story short (2 people with the same name!!) the staff at Flowers Across Melbourne were incredible!
Not only did they help to try and solve the problem with such kindness and patience, they sent out another bunch to the correct person the next day.
I will continue to use and recommend this fantastic local small business to all my friends and family and commend them on their fantastic customer service! Thanks!

The flowers that were delivered were not the colours that were ordered which was a big disappointment, BUT even worse was that they were dead by the end of the second day. I've had much better quality and longer-lasting flowers from another shop at a fraction of the price. I have contacted them to let them know I am unhappy...will update with the response.
