Ordered gas for Billi Tap - never arrived. Tried to contect - no response. Total scam - now I know why it was priced so much lower than other companies.

Never got anything can't call them won't respond to emails DO NOT Send any money to this company

Ordered and paid for items which never arrived. Have been trying to contact them for months but never hear anything back.

I had a successful order with this company in March 22 so went back to them in October to re- order. I have no order number, no confirmation and received half the order eventually 3 x $6 sediment filters but not the 3 x $49 ones. Have emailed but no response and like the other customers cannot phone them either. DO NOT ORDER fromthem

No product, taken money, and Gov't agencies do nothing, useless on all fronts

Purchased $330 of cartridges and filter in Jan 2022 and 1.5 years on and over 30 attempts to reach them and resolve I am no closer to an outcome. They have no number, only contact is via email and chat which is automated and never answered. Do your research these guys are DODGY AND DO NOT DELIVER.

Ordered online still haven’t received goods it’s be months and months, impossible to contact, no phone number every time I email I get same response will get back to you in 1 to 5 days, that was 3 months ago.

I should have read the reviews the reviews before I bought from this company. It's a scam. money I won't get back, very frustrating.

ORDERED AND PAID. NEVER DELIVERED. COMPANY CANT BE CONTACT. SCAM.

they are a fake business , they do not respond and never deliver any products they need to be closed down asap.
